About this property

Farmhouse near outlet mall, casinos, and restaurants .

Our home is cozy with 5 bedrooms. There is a lake view behind us that’s breathtaking. We have a comfortable sectional that reclines back in the living room with mounted tv on wall. Master bedroom is a king bed, bedroom 2 is a twin bed, bedroom 3 is a full bed, bedroom 4 is a queen bed, bonus room is a couch and a full size air mattress, and bedroom 5 is a queen bed. We do not allow smoking in the home. There are cameras on exterior of home for security purposes. We ask that you treat our home with respect and as always I’m always within reach if needed. Casinos in Tunica are nearby, Graceland is a short drive, downtown Memphis is 20 minutes away and outlet mall (Tanger and Tunica) are within short distance.

Wonderful home!

Our large dance group used the rental for the weekend and all us had more than enough space. The owners were just a text away and responded quickly. Will definitely use them again the next time we're in Memphis ❤️

Great home for families

We rented the home over the Christmas holiday to hold our family and my in-laws. The house is beautiful and bigger than it looks in the photos. The owner was very accommodating in putting up a Christmas tree so that my 2 yr old didn’t worry about Santa visiting us. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Would recommend this home for any family or group looking for a cozy environment but also enough room for people to have their own space.

bad stay

There was no party first of all. Secondly there were no cars parked in the grass. Im having a hard time with you saying we left this home uncleaned. After removing linens from a stain mattress and pillows in the masterbedroom we were left speechless. I guess it was a good idea of me to take pictures of the disgusting bed I slept in for two nights. In addition the shower that had used bars of soap in it didn't score points with me either. Not to mention a refrigerator and pantry full of food. So once I found out you were a Kappa I tried to over look these blatant horrid conditions. So I gave you great rating but to my surprise you left negative reviews on me. Again I'm glad we took pictures that I will be sending to VRBO."

Man Week!

Fantastic house for your family vacation in the Memphis area. Easy access to the airport, restaurants and downtown Memphis. The owner was a delight to work with. Checked in with us to make sure we were ok after a storm rolled through! Now that is customer care.

The home is very clean, comfortable sleeping, very spacious and very nice neighborhood.

Our experience renting this property was flawless. We were able to contact the manager if needed, home is very clean and spacious. We had no problems, would rent again.

My home is is very accommodating and quiet. This house is not far from restaurants and the city of Memphis. Airport is 15 minutes from the house, and downtown Memphis is 25 minutes from here.

What makes this property unique

The rear covered patio has a welcoming view of lake behind us. The island in kitchen is nice if your hosting a family function with open space.
