House completely renovated and tastefully furnished, near sailing school and beach (3 min walk) and downtown (20 min walk and 10 min by bike) offering: Entrance with large dressing room, living room with sofa, tables + chairs and stools, coffee tables, large flat screen TVs. Kitchen open to living room, fitted and equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer. Shower room with washing machine. Independent toilet. On the floor (access by steep staircase): two rooms. An attic room with two beds of 80 cm joined (160 cm bed), storage. A room with two beds of 90 cm, storage. Terrace with complete garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, sunbeds and barbecue Wéber). Walled garden. Common parking space in the residence. All the equipment in the house is new. Very nice house with tennis condominium, in quiet and wooded.
Reservation from Saturday to Saturday - 2 weeks minimum - deposit required - housework to be done at the end of the stay
