Lovely three bedroom and two bathroom house located in the countryside of Carvoeiro, this is a perfect home for those looking for a quiet getaway.

If you enjoy the tranquility of being in a private and privately located villa, yet within easy reach of all amenities, this is the perfect home. It is located just a short drive from Carvoeiro (4 kms), famous for its bars, restaurants and local golf facilities (for all levels of play), as well as the numerous picturesque beaches surrounding the fishing village. The nearest beach is Praia da Marinha, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve.

The villa is comfortably furnished and all rooms are spacious and has air conditioning. Outside there is a large terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture and a private pool. On the terrace you can find table and chairs for your freshly cooked meals at the villa's BBQ or just for relaxing.

A fence around the pool has been placed to prevent children from entering the pool area without any control and supervision.

The house is fully fenced and is accessed by an iron gate. There is a spacious sidewalk space in front of the house and a carport to leave the car. The sleeping quarters are spread over two floors: a double bedroom with double bed is situated on the ground floor and on the first floor are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

The ground floor common space features an open plan living and dining room with satellite TV and a fireplace, making this villa an ideal retreat at any time of the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a coffee machine. The main lounge windows open onto a covered terrace, an ideal place to enjoy alfresco dining, or just sit back and relax.

Très agréable séjour

Situation de la maison, excellente, au calme, loin du tumulte des villes. Piscine nettoyée 2 fois par semaine et serviettes changées également pour notre séjour de 15 jours. Contact avec la gestionnaire excellent. Il nous manquait un sèche cheveux comme indiqué dans le descriptif, nous l'avions le lendemain. Merci pour tout et je recommande cette jolie maison

Schöne Villa für 6 Personen

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief prima. Als wir spät gegen 01.30 Uhr dort ankamen, lagen gekühlte Getränke bereit. Die fehlende (6.) Liegen-Auflage bzw. der 6. Terrassenstuhl wurden prompt am nächsten Tag nachgeliefert. Leider war es Ende Juni am Abend durch den heftigen Wind etwas kalt auf der Terrasse und im Zimmer, so dass man sich durchaus entsprechende Kleidung mitnehmen sollte, aber für das Wetter kann man den Vermieter nicht verantwortlich machen ;-) Dadurch war den mitreisenden Frauen der ziemlich große Pool leider zu kalt, um sich hineinzuwagen. Trotzdem vielen Dank für eine schöne Woche.

Lovely property

The villa is in a lovely location with plenty of space between you and the neighbouring properties. It has lovely plants and the pool is very big defiantly the selling point of the villa. Inside only had one sofa so not ideal for larger groups (although there are plenty of dining table chairs in the room). The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable (upstairs and downstairs) to the point where it was a struggle to sleep. But overall the villa was well equipped with plenty of kitchen ware and lots of room in the fridge/freezer. There are amazing views from the balcony perfect for star gazing night. The pool area has the sun for the entire day so great for sun lovers like us.

Schönes Haus, aber kalt

Das Haus hat leider weder Heizung noch Airco dadurch ist es im Haus selbst leider sehr kalt wenn es draußen auch kalt ist. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen sehr schönen Kamin, der aber leider auch nur diesen Raum aufwärmt. Daher ist das Haus zu kalten Jahreszeiten nicht empfehlenswert. Die Strasse in der das Haus liegt ist eine Durchgangsstrasse und auch Nachts befahren. Ansonsten qua Lage gut, alles schnell erreichbar. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und sie hat gleich am nächsten Tag für dickere Bettdecken gesorgt. Die Matratzen in den beiden Einzelbetten sollten sicher zeitnah ausgetauscht werden, aufgrund der sehr fühlbaren Federkerne. Wir haben Stuhlkissen für die Veranda vermisst. Im Bad im Erdgeschoss läuft die Dusche deutlich schlechter als im Obergeschoss. Das Haus selbst ist sehr hübsch, alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist supergross und Kindersicher umzäunt. Im Garten gibt es schöne Bäume, leider keine Rasenfläche. Wifi, TV top für schlecht Wettertage.

Good house for family holidays

We spend a very good holiday week in the house. The pool is big and the outside is very sunny. We did our meals in the balcony outside and enjoyed amazing weather. All the property is fenced and the pool has also fence which is very good for children.

Heerlijk rustig verblij

We hebben hier met onze 2 dochters van 3 en 5 een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het is een rustige plek maar toch vlakbij hele mooie stranden en een leuk waterpark voor de kids. Het zwembad is in het echt veel groter dan de foto doet vermoeden. Wel een beetje koud, ws ook door de diepte van 2.30. Het waaide best hard waardoor het ondanks de 26 graden te fris was om met blote benen in de avond buiten te zitten. Alles is in het huis aanwezig maar let wel op dat je vaatwastabletten, dreft, peper, zout, olijfolie, Afwasborstel en wc papier mee moet nemen
