Villa Sunrise Dream is in Kissimmee on the exclusive gated community of Sunset Lakes, only 4 miles from Disney.
The Villa backs onto a stunning lake and offers over 2600 sq ft of living space with 2 king master suites, 3 further bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, family room, formal lounge, private pool with kiddies area, hot tub, large deck, lanai and ceiling fan, Games room and utility room with separate washer and dryer and WiFi.

(We have two properties, next door to each other and very similar to each other, Both are listed here. The other property's ID# is 836669.)

The 2 spacious king master suites each have enormous en-suite bathrooms with luxurious bath, walk-in shower, twin vanity units, walk in closets and also TV. The 2nd floor suite has its own private balcony overlooking the stunning lake, the lower suite has patio doors to pool.

There is also a further queen bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms (lower floor twin is Disney themed), 3rd full bathroom and 4th restroom with vanity unit.

There is a vaulted ceiling above the lounge and galleried landing.

Sunrise Dream is equipped with every amenity you could need and is bright and spacious with your own large swimming pool with superb lakeside views.

We have provided a stand alone Hot Tub, Games room with air hockey, pool table and foosball, WiFi, TV's,.
Board games, Jigsaw puzzles and mini library for all ages to ensure there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Sunrise Dream provides the perfect haven after exploring the endless attractions this area has to offer. Our home is close enough to the attractions to return to for a leisurely lunch and cooling dip and rest, before heading back for your evening entertainment or show. Or why not have a lazy day enjoying your pool and home.

Please note cameras are present overlooking the front door and pool equipment only for security purposes.

How will you spend your day: Sunset Lakes is located on west US192, and 4 miles from Disney. TGI Fridays, Carrabas, Giordinos, Outback Steak House, Subway and numerous other restaurants and Supermarket are minutes away. We are also only 1-2 miles away from Margaritaville and Sunset Walk, with its water park, eat-in cinema (Studio Movie Grill), and numerous shops and restaurants, as well as live music and special events.

For those who enjoy shopping you will be spoilt for choice, with brand name factory outlets and wonderful shopping malls such as Florida Mall close by. For those who wish to explore a little further afield why not visit one of the following: Cocoa Beach - takes approximately 1 hour to drive; The Gulf Beaches such as St.Petersburg and Clearwater are 1.5-2 hours away; Busch Gardens in Tampa is an easy drive, taking approximately 1 hour; The Kennedy Space Centre is 1 hour drive away, a must for budding astronauts; Port Canaveral, for short cruises is 1 hour away.

Perfect getaway!

We loved this house! It was just the place we were looking for to enjoy our week in sunny Orlando! SO close to Disney, restaurants and shopping. We spent almost all of our time in the pool and enjoyed the comforts of the lanai and deck. Highly recommend!

We have never been to Florida as a family and this house was a great place to stay to make it amazing! The kids swam all the time and we enjoyed the space of the house for it to be more quiet when needed. I highly recommend this house to stay and enjoy your time in Florida!

Very nice vacation rental

Our group of 7 had a lovely time. Pool temperature was perfect and the location was very convenient. We didn’t use the game room because it was very humid all week but it looked like a fun extra space.

Have just returned from a fab stay at Villa Sunrise Dream. Lovely gated community close to all attractions. Well equipped and well kept villa, really was home from home. Although it was March, the temperatures were very high so lovely to come back and jump in the pool. Would highly recommend this lovely Villa.

Lovely spacious homely villa, perfect for our 3 generation family holiday. Everything was exactly as described on website and it was very well equipped. Situated over looking the lake, we enjoyed many stunning sunsets and the location was perfect for visiting the Parks, shopping or eating out. Wonderful Experience

The house was beautiful and we enjoyed everything about our stay there. The property owners even left a Christmas tree and decorations that we were able to put up for our children for Christmas Day while we were there. The kids' closets were filled with princess dresses, Star Wars costumes and other awesome dress-up clothes and Disney stuffed animals. We were close to Disney and anything else we needed. They had strollers we could take to Disney, games, books -- they had basically thought of everything! We would love to return to this property in the future!

First Class Experience

After a last minute cancelation of a previous property during Memorial Day weekend we found this beautiful home. We weren't disappointed. The home looked just like the pictures online. I had direct communication with property owner and didn't require assistance from property management during my 5 day stay. The only downside was there were no amenities on property however we were centrally located to everything.

I did not want to leave.......

This place is AMAZING!! Upon arrival, everything was clean and so much more beautiful in person then in the pictures. Dawn always responded if i had any questions immediately, and so did anyone from management. All the instructions were inside the welcome book and it was all very easy to follow. Although i did come to visit the theme parks, i was always excited to come back to the house after lol!! It was me and my best friend that stayed here and on our last day we enjoyed a nice BBQ session and that hot tub i never got out of lol!! I will definitely be staying here again next time on my next trip to Orlando. Thank you Dawn and to the management company as well for making my birthday a wonderful memorable one!!

Sunset Vista

We come to Florida each summer to visit family. Renting a home is much cheaper and easier than getting a hotel or staying with family. This home is gorgeous. We were pleased with all the rooms. The pool was always warm. The hot tub was super hot when we arrived but after leaving the cover off for a few hours, it cooled down. They boys were surprised to find fishing poles and spent many hours catching fish in the pond. The pool was cleaned on Friday (as stated in the agreement). They discovered that a pipe was broken but communicated to us when it would be fixed and how soon after that we could go into the pool. It was fixed promptly---we actually didn't even know they were out there fixing it. This subdivision is close enough to Target, Walmart and many restaurants (with back ways to get there to avoid busy intersections) but also, DoorDash had no problem finding us when we ordered out. All in all, a great stay. We enjoyed it very much.

Good layout, nice rooms and recently painted, but an old property that needs work.

Upon arrival, we found several burnt out light bulbs, dirty and rusted air vents, disastrous state of the furnace area (all that dust and mold coming into the house and affecting the air we breath - I developed a respiratory infection as a result), no frying pan but a rusted old skillet, sand in the pool - pool pump and heating broke down after three days and we lost 3 days of pool use as a result, dirty patio table + chairs that had not been cleaned, cobwebs all-around (not ones that form overnight but ones that have not been cleaned for a long time), missing panels in the vertical blinds, dirty and uncleaned furniture on the upstairs balcony (we never used it), dirty garage with old games tables etc, rusty BBQ that we never used, dead cockroaches in the kitchen and children's room. Several other issues but I shall stop here. All in all, a very disappointing vacation after having spent thousands of dollars in flights from several parts of Canada. I have rented properties in Florida many times over the past 30+ years and have always had a good experience with the property exactly as described. In this case, I think some of the photographs on the website are pretty old and does not reflect the current condition of many of the items. Having said all this, the cutlery, cookery etc was more than sufficient although the pots and pans are old and worn out and need to be replaced. Both Dawn and the Property Manager were responsive however I did not appreciate the immediate answers and justification by the Property Manager to every issue I raised. It felt like he thought he was dealing with someone (me) who was renting for the first time and had no idea of what this business was all about. Although we will not be returning nor recommending this property to any of our friends and connections, I think the owner can rectify all the issues without too much of an expense and I think it will bode well for her future clients. I recognize my feedback is contrary to feedback from many other guests but I say it the way I see it and my intention is that this feedback helps the owner to make the changes necessary to maintain her property well, beyond repainting. BTW: The two ensuite bathrooms were great (recently renovated - though in one of them the shower was very close to the side wall vs. centred and one actually had to stand sideways to take a shower). The third bathroom really needs to be renovated. The tub + tiles are old with mold. I have all current photos.

Great property! Well maintained with a private feel. It was nice to have 2 king suites since it’s set up for multiple families. It was well- stocked with towels and plenty of games and activities for the whole family. Also- there were beautiful sunsets! It was comfortable and we had a great time!

Amazing vacation

This place is everything as advertised. We did have to call the property manager when we got there because the pool heater wasn't working but it was fixed in 1 day and the property manager was very polite and easy to work with. All amenities were high end. The only upgrading I think should happen is to the game room. The air hockey table is falling apart and very unstable but we had no intentions of using the game room anyways so it was no big deal for us. Overall 10 out of 10 would book this place again for another vacation.

Great House and Great Host

The house was perfect for our two families to stay together. We had a group of 9, 4 adults and 5 kids, and the double king suite was perfect for our families. The home was clean, welcoming, and in a great neighborhood. The only negative thing we could say had nothing to do with the home itself. We were able to hear the neighbors partying loudly during our kids bedtime hours, but switched them to different bedrooms in the front of the home and were able to get them to sleep. We loved the pool, and it was perfect for our family and kids. The seating areas by the pool were perfect, the large table we used for meals so they didn't drag water inside the home while swimming, and the lounging chairs were amazing for us to hang out on while they swam. We would for sure stay here again when traveling with another family.

A perfect home for a holiday stay!

It is a beautiful home with every amenity we needed. The owner and manager went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of. The pool was nice and warm with a beautiful view of the lake. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. Very comfy! I can’t say enough about this beautiful home. Absolutely perfect. Our family have just spent 2 weeks in this beautiful spacious property which was very clean and well maintained. The Disney bedroom and provision of toys and character outfits went down a storm with our 2 grandchildren. The kitchen was well equipped for anyone who wanted to prepare food and eat at home. Apart from having a barbecue on one of our "rest days" we ate out most of the time and found an abundance of good restaurants nearby. The Longhorn Steak house is definitely a must. The property was in an ideal location for quick access to the theme parks and the information provided at the property gave us many useful tips about the surrounding area. I would like to say at this point that whilst directions to supermarket where good there is now a new Walmart which is nearer to the property so a little update on this would be beneficial to future clients. The view from the master bedroom balcony was amazing and it was gorgeous to sit out there and watch the beautiful sunsets. The outside area along with the fabulous pool and hot tub were amazing especially after a long day at the theme parks. The pool and hot tub were maintained as promised each Friday. During our stay we did have to contact the maintenance team on one occasion it was the morning after we had arrived and we did not have any hot water. There were very clear instructions on how to contact the team and the problem was dealt with immediately by 2 lovely polite and friendly guys. It was a quick fix as the fuse had tripped following a thunder storm the previous night. Dawn the owner of the property provided excellent customer service and promptly answered any queries we had prior to our holiday. Overall this property was up and beyond our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others. We would like to say a big thank you to Dawn for the use of her property which allowed us as a family to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

Fabulous villa within easy reach of parks

Spotless luxurious accommodation. Encountered a problem with accessing WiFi on first name and amazingly the owners of the villa got it fixed for us within an hour or so. We have stayed in numerous villas during multiple trips to florida but this was the best. Nothing better than soaking in the wonderful hot tub after a day of walking around the theme parks
