LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This awesome modern home has a new owner. It has been fully renovated. Everything is new. It has all the bells and whistles. The home is located on a corner end lot with a conservation area on one side, and no rear neighbors behind you. It is very private and quiet. It's a great home for families to enjoy. The front porch has a great seating area to drink your morning coffee, read a book or just relax with nature and the beautiful view.
The first floor consists of a fully equipped brand-new state of the art kitchen with a large eat on granite peninsula which seats 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare all your meals at home. Brand new top of the line LG stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is an air fryer-toaster oven, Ninja blender, coffee maker, electric kettle etc. with a separate large dining room area that seats 6. The lower level wide open floor plan also consists of a grand living room with a huge 70-inch TV on the wall. All the tv's in the home are smart tv's. There is an HDMI cord already in place for you to bring your PlayStation or Xboxes. The 1st floor also consists of a bathroom with access to the pool, a separate laundry room and corner office area to do work if needed. The second floor has 4 extremely large bedrooms. The king size oversized primary bedroom has a very private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, with an amazing double his & her shower. The primary bedroom has a 65-inch flat screen TV wall mounted. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed with a 65-inch flat screen TV on the wall as well. This bedroom has its own private entrance to the main bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds with a flat screen TV. The 4th bedroom is a kid's paradise with 2 sets of triple bunk beds. This awesome bright room sleep's up to 6. The bedroom also has the TV mounted on the wall. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans except the 4th bedroom. There is a central air throughout the house. There is secured WIFI included throughout the whole home & pool area. There is a pack-n-play & a high chair for the small ones available so you don't have to travel with all the extra stuff. We have our own private swimming pool and spa area with outside space with patio loungers and furniture to ensure our guests can relax and take full advantage of the Florida sunshine. The whole rear pool deck is fully screened in. We do have pool door alarms, so that you can relax with your smaller children in our villa. There is a house alarm for you to use. The security system on this home is top of the line and we will pre-program the door and alarm codes to the numbers you request to make your stay with us easier. We are located in the amazing gated community of the High Grove resorts which offers an oasis of peace and tranquility. There is a family restaurant/bar right outside the gated community and shops (Walmart, grocery stores, Dunkin donuts, Starbucks, etc...) bars and restaurants within a few minutes distance. Literally everything you could want and need are just short drives away. High Grove is a family oriented gated community with Mediterranean style homes, there is a very welcoming clubhouse which has a fully equipped gym, games room, a miniature golf course, plus an additional large swimming pool and hot tub. The community is maintained to a very high standard.
We are located ONLY 6 MILES FROM DISNEY properties and other major attractions within minutes, you’ll be at the entrance to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Disney Springs. Plus, this vacation home is conveniently located to 192 and I-4 bringing you to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, City Walk, and Sea World within a short 20-minute drive. If location is your top priority, this vacation villa is close to all that the area has to offer, so come make some magical memories with us! Please note this is a self-catering villa. We start you off with a roll of toilet paper & a small soap in each bathroom. After that guest's purchase their own. Any cleaning supplies left by previous guests will be there for you to use. There are security cameras outside of the house for your safety & for the owners when the house is not occupied. Electric vehicle charging is at owners' discretion and is prohibited at this property unless specifically agreed in writing before the start of rental period. Fees will apply. 2 cars can park in the driveway, street parking is not permitted.

Please note that pool pumps have a safety mechanism to prevent
overheating during cold weather conditions, when working. This leads to a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality in a safe and efficient manner.
Please note the pool heater works via HEAT EXCHANGE system and might not function properly with weather nearing freezing temperatures.
