The room was clean. The property manager Erin was very nice and very attentive. We definitely recommend this and would be happy to stay here again in the future if we are ever back in New Mexico.
My family and I enjoyed the area as well as the property. There was a patio shared with one other apartment but they didn’t use it so it felt like a personal patio. Would stay here again!
The location was perfect for us. The neighborhood was clean and there was ample parking. The unit is lovely with high ceilings and beautiful decoration. It was clean and comfy and just what we needed.
The property was perfect and accurately described. The property location was fantastic for accessing all points of the city and surrounding areas. Communication with the property owners was prompt and helpful. We would definitely recommend the Rustic Pearl!
Just what I needed for a shirt solo stay in Albuquerque. The unit has all the essentials and is clean. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of lighting. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
We had a group of 5 and our stay was for 4 nights. The room is very spacious with high ceilings and great light. We had been traveling for about a month staying in hotels. This was so exceptionally wonderful for our group as we made some meals, did laundry
Quiet respite on our way from Wisconsin to Arizona
Great communication with Erin, the two night reservation was made the day before our stay. We were made aware of a little plumbing issue an hour before we got there, and they were just finishing up upon our arrival. It was a very nice stay. We had fun exploring, shopping and certainly eating. The Rustic Pearl was quiet, clean and spacious. We would recommend it!
I expected something much smaller. The room was huge! My five person family did not feel cramped. The property was in a really good location, close to restaurants and shopping. Fun, fun time.
I booked the property for my sister as she was moving to the area. The property owners apparently didn’t read through my communications or look at the registration forms they sent, as they said they were unaware it wasn’t myself staying. The owner came over on the 4th day to clean up water that was leaking from the hot water tank and noted my sister had left broken furniture outside the front door. They said this violated the rental agreement, but didn’t take time to ask why it was there. My sister had the console table on top of her car from her move from CA and as she took it down off her car it fell and a couple of the legs broke. She needed to get to an interview, thus left the broken furniture piece outside to deal with when she returned.
They canceled my 2 week reservation after 4 days of my sister’s stay and have still not refunded my money. They acknowledged it was their error for not seeing I booked the property on behalf of my sister. They said they would refund the remaining portion of my reservation once they confirmed the place didn’t have any damage. My sister left the place immaculate. They refunded our damage deposit right away but it’s now been 1 month with no refund. I’ve sent multiple messages with no response. I’m in touch with VRBO customer service to try and resolve.
Clean , comfy and with all the amenities
Walking distance to the Botanic Gardens and cool Route 66 restaurants. Quiet and serene
Did not have issues with barking dogs
Nice decor and atmosphere. Very quiet area and neighborhood would stay again. Only request would be for a shelf or something in the bathroom to use to set things on.
Property was nice & larger than we thought. The only thing needed at this location is a dresser with drawers for clothes as there is no closet. The property manager Erin was always available when texted. There were 2 minor inconveniences which were addressed by the property mgr. It was convenient to Old Town & for our purposes.
The property name, Rustic Pearl is quite in order. Much like a pearl, once you open the door to this property...your jaw drops! It's beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The property is also just minutes away from the natural history museum, a great park and a lot of great dining!!
Lovely time staying here, quiet, clean spacious
Just need some bed site lamps 😍

Always double check
Was informed an hour and a half before arriving to property that it was already booked. Even though I had paid and had received the code to enter the property already. I reached out to see if there was anything else I needed to do and was informed. What would have happened had I not and showed up with a family already there? She was very apologetic and gave a reasonable response. I really believe this website is terrible
Perfect for our quick stop in Albuquerque. Walking distance to the Old Town area.
