Our home is on the corner of High St & 16th Ave which has a designated bike lane and is an active pedestrian commuter route into the city- it is exactly one mile from our home to the 16 st mall and the center of the city. We are located in a very central part of the city near numerous music venues, museums, parks, shopping districts, restaurants and bars. You will be within walking distance of many of them and within a mile or less from almost anywhere in the city you wish to go. The house is located one block from 17th Ave, which is home to many great neighborhood bars, coffee shops and trendy restaurants and is also one block from Colfax Ave, where you will find numerous music venues ( The Bluebird, The Filmore, The Ogden, Lost Lake, Lions Lair....) fun dive bars ( The Squire, The Satire Lounge, Lions Lair, The Mansion on Colfax, PS lounge) and many more great diners and restaurants. Whether you like trendy and upscale or a fun dive bar crawl - you will be within a quick walk, bike ride or 5 minute Uber ride from it all!
