Pleasant stay

On the plus side the location is good. It’s close to restaurants,grocery stores and stores. Only about 10 minutes to the beach. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The area is very quiet and so are the other tenants. Marlene was very accommodating and easy to work with. The only negative was the furniture which was very uncomfortable and well worn.

Paradise in Fort Lauderdale

What a great getaway from winter! Vacationing at Marlene’s place was great! Her place is spacious, clean, comfortable, and easy access to everything. Sitting on the patio by the private pool being serenaded by birds having breakfast or a snack was very relaxing. The other 4 tenants in the complex were friendly and helpful too. Marlene is an excellent hostess and we’d love to come back again. We highly recommend her place.

I enjoy people. Retired business owner. There will be a small very friendly bichon friese dog that I own on the property. My son and granddaughters live close to me so I spend a lot of my time with them.

Why they chose this property

The property has five apartments all first floor apartments. Three of the apartments have one person renting in each apartment. I will be staying in one of the one bedroom apartments so if renter needs anything I will be there to help.
I am renting my two bedroom two bathroom apartment.

What makes this property unique

Very quiet area. You can walk to the Fresh Market grocery store.
Restaurants around the corner. Pubic golf course close by. Shopping mall within a mile.
