This condo is located on the second floor of the Faro De Mita. It is fully equipped and ready to welcome you on what will become the best beach trip.

The Faro De Mita complex has a private access that takes you directly to the beach. Take the snorkel kits, chairs and umbrella included in the apartment and go enjoy the beautiful beach of El Anclote. Located in Punta de Mita town

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom for your privacy.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be converted into a king size if you wish.

The third bedroom/service room has a bunk bed with 2 single beds, perfect to accommodate the little ones in the family.

Kindly include the total number of guests for your stay, including children and babies, as the rental cost may vary based on occupancy.

The property was well kept and beautiful. The only negative was that one of the three bedrooms was not air conditioned. I felt that should have been explained in the description. Otherwise, I highly recommend the rental.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Abraham and Elizabeth were excellent, the condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the deck was great. The surf break in front of the house was really fun for the kids. Amazing stay.

Clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Fabulous view and plenty of room for four people even for 6. Only downside was construction on other units were going on at the time and that went the entire day beginning at 7:30am

Great condo in a perfect location!

My wife and I stayed at the condo with another couple and their two small children. The 3rd bedroom has a bunkbed and is perfect for 2 kids. The condo has a giant sliding glass door that opens the 2nd floor condo to the beach and pool, providing a really great view! The location is perfect as it is easy walking distance to all of the nearby restaurants! The Concierge at the Bay property management company is very responsive and helpful!

Beautiful beachfront condo!

This is a beautiful and spacious condo with amazing views of the pool and ocean just steps beyond the property. We loved the sliding glass doors that bring the outdoors in and open up your patio to the sights and sounds of Punta Mita! Our family with 2 small children stayed and the kids loved the toddler wading pool area. Also the bunk bed room even though it was kind of smashed into a laundry room area. We loved venturing down to the beach, however it is very rocky at this area of the shore. There were lots of surfers at El Anclote but not good for little kids that want to play in the water and sand. Most days we walked 10 minutes to the opposite side of town to the sandy and beautiful Punta de Mita public beach. If we come back to this area we would likely look at staying on the other side of town where the beach is much nicer for families. There were some issues with the dryer but it was fixed promptly within a few days. This caused lots of people to be in and out of our room during the kids naptimes. Also I am a light sleeper and could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around, opening/closing doors and dragging furniture after we had gone to bed for the night and before I was ready to be awake in the morning. It didn't affect our kid's sleep thankfully though. All in all it is a great spot to call home to explore the Nayarit peninsula! We did a daytrip up to San Pancho and went to watch baby turtles be released for free, this was definitely the highlight of our trip!

The apartment was even more beautiful than we expected. It was clean and had amazing views with only a short stroll to the water, restaurants, shops, and tour boats. Make sure you get to Norma’s Tacos, tucked away in the local neighborhood! You can also take a car to Sayulita and San Pancho.

This condo is clean, comfortable and decorated tastefully. Unfortunately, the wifi wasn’t working, but the concierge was arranging for a new modem to be installed. Faro de Mita is in a wonderful location and the condo had beautiful views of the pool, grounds and ocean.

Beautiful property!

We had such a great time at this property. The location is perfect, close to all the restaurants and stores. Our kids (1.5, 4) loved the pool! We spent all day, most days out their swimming and lounging. There were lots of families there as it was Easter weekend, which made it even more enjoyable. The condo is very spacious with plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 little ones. Everything about the trip was great, in fact, we would have stayed more days if the flights weren’t so pricey to change. Can’t wait to return!
