Casa de Suenos means “The house of dreams”. Searching for an adventure vacation and some memories to last a life time, or just some lazy days at the beach? Experience your dream vacation in our unique 2500 square foot, 2 levels, beautifully furnished, luxury ocean front beach house, connected to miles of gorgeous sandy beaches. A very romantic retreat for honeymooners or a wonderful gathering place for families on a memorable vacation. See our photos (additional photos available via email on request) * * * It’s true -- the only thing between you and the beach is a beautifully designed, blue tiled pool with palm trees that are planted inside the pool, providing just the right amount of shade. The beach is just steps from the front patio doors.

* 11 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport (approx 15 -20 minutes, depending on traffic)
* Master is large- has King bed, walk in closets, private bathroom
* 2nd Bedroom Suite- Spacious room with King bed with in room private bathroom, built in closets. Ground floor so wheel chair accessible. Step in tub with safety bar.
* 3rd Bedroom Suite- this is an upstairs bedroom with 2 separate beds which are put together to form a king size bed or can be separated at your request, perfect for 2 roommates; in room private bathroom, built in closets. Has private bathroom.
* Air conditioning in all rooms, with Ceiling Fans in each room.
* Maximum capacity allowed is 6 guests. We want to ensure your comfort and our wonderful neighbors' peace and tranquility.
* Linens, bath towels, and basic beach towels (or bring your favorite) are provided.
* Guest parking is within the enclosed community gates.
* No pets & No Smoking Indoors.
* Easy transportation with numerous taxicab stands and bus stops in many locations. Local car rental available from Gecko with VIP service.

Casa De Suenos has a fully-equipped kitchen- see listed features. We have plenty of books to read in our Pink book case library. This one of a kind beach house has exquisite stained glass windows depicting ocean life, breath taking ocean views, and a variety of intriguing, authentic Mexican tile with different themes, native stone floors in the showers, and rich parota woodwork throughout.

The Master bedroom is ocean front and opens to a large private upper veranda-style covered patio with its own seating area. Morning breakfast can be served upstairs or on the downstairs patio. The views are breath-taking. We can see whales and dolphins at play in the bay at the right time of the year. We can also watch the local fishermen out in their small boats.

Casa De Suenos is located in the friendly and uniquely quaint village of Bucerias, Nayarit, Mexico. Casa De Suenos is 1 of 8 units, in a private, gated community known as Villas de Playa. We share the common area and the beautiful extremely large pool. Casa De Suenos is 1 of the only 2 beach front, free-stand-alone houses in the Villas de Playa. The beach front side of Villas de Playa opens into breath-taking views of the Beach and Bandaras Bay, which consists of miles of beautiful, golden sands beaches. Villas de Playa is located on the ocean side, across from Bungalows Arroyo, 2nd left entrance after the cross streets of Agustin Madero and Lazaro Cardenas (the ocean front street in Bucerias).

Bucerias offers a nice change of pace with its 5 miles of very pristine beaches on the Bay of Banderas. “Bucerías” means 'Place of the Divers'. The Bay of Banderas is perfect for wind surfing, swimming, surfing, and any other water sport imaginable, whale and dolphin watching, sunning and shell collecting. Bucerias offers a wealth of “old Mexico flavor and local color” with its wonderful art dealers, food, and a taste of the authentic culture of the Mexican people. Within walking distance of the beach house, there are both upscale and local family restaurants and convenience shops, pharmacies, fresh vegetable markets, craft boutiques, bakeries, and more. Just 6 blocks north of our beach house is El Centro, the center of town. There is where the Santa Dominico Church is located, on the north side of the square, with the ocean on the south. Local vendors sell everything from local crafts, which make wonderful souvenirs, to clothing. The center of town has a beautiful, open public plaza, which hosts many cultural activities, day and night. Need more excitement? There are local hang outs and Puerto Vallarta is just 20 minutes south (depending on traffic) and offers more restaurants, shopping, marinas, tour excursions, and nightclubs.

FOR FRAUD PROTECTION - do not book through anyone other than Tom or Carol Hunter- please see our picture. Anyone else trying to book you into our home is not a legitimate person or booking. We have heard of situations where people unfortunately have been scammed in this manner by supposed middle-men for houses in the area.
