Beautiful modern villa with sea view

The villa is beautiful as the pictures on the website show, nice view, lights in the swimming pool and the charming old village Bormes Les Mimosas quite close. Nice beaches with paths along the coastline. The host (Catherine) always responded quickly to all questions and she handled an unexpected situation very professionally. We had the feeling that she really cared about our stay. We can really recommend a holiday in this villa.

Not the best of places for older people

To begin with, we were given the wrong address and therefore tried to get into the wrong house. Consequently, we set off the property's alarm. Thankfully, we had a person to call so we got that straightened out. Also, the gate going into the driveway was broken for the length of our stay, which was something that frankly didn't bother us though it might have been a problem with people who were very security conscious. The youngest in our group of 6 was 76 years old. So it would have been good to know that one had to walk up 30 steps to get to the house. On the plus side, they had a baggage transporter to take up the luggage and groceries. The house itself was well presented and when an older person gets there, they find it very agreeable. the view and night lighting was incredible and the town is great. Since the house is on a steep incline, getting up to the parking lot was a bit of a trick - especially for two cars. On the downside, the baggage elevator broke when we left, so we had to carry down all of our luggage at the end. In summary, this is a great property for younger people but not necessarily for older ones. My kids would have loved to stay there. As for my wife and I, we would not rent the property again.

Sehr schöne Villa mit atemberaubenden Ausblick

Es halt alles sehr gut gepasst. Der check-in Vorgang verlief unproblematisch. Das Haus hat geräumige Zimmer und sehr schöne, saubere Bäder. Die Küchenausstattung ist auch gut. Sehr ruhige Lage und der Ausblick ist wunderbar!

Magnifique villa dans un cadre splendide

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Catherine dont la maison est magnifique avec une très belle vue sur mer et sur Bormes les Mimosas. Nous avons été ravis de l'expérience, simple petit bémol sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ ne sont pas flexibles, mais 5/5 tout de même!

Vue magnifique et belle maison bien décorée

Le monte charge est le bien venu pour porter les bagages du parking à l’habitation. Jardin petit mais bien décoré. Maison bien équipée mais pas très spacieuse quand il fait mauvais comme pendant tout notre séjour. Impossible de rester dehors il n’y a pas de terrasse couverte. non loin de Bormes et du Lavandou nous avons pu nous y promener pendant les accalmies. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas eu de glaçon dans le congélateur. Le consommable était présent mais en petite quantité un peu juste pour 4 jours (liquide vaisselle, Papier toilette . La table intérieure est un peu juste pour manger à 8 nous avons dû rentrer la table extérieure. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble la vue est très belle du savoir et de 2 des chambres.

Nice property pretty much as shown in the photos. Lovely views. Clean. Well equipped. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower, one upstairs toilet to be shared amongst all guests. Located up a very steep hill so family cycling from house not really an option. Read small print when booking, contract requires a 3000 euro deposit (2k in cheque and 1k bank transfer)...I hadn't realised. Do not arrive before 5pm and expect to drop bags, not an option. In all though, nice place.

Just amazing 🤩

Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy another fantastic holiday 🤩 This is the 3rd year in a row and hopefully we are not going to stop here 😉 location , view , weather, hospitality , tranquility - spot on - nothing to fault . Une très belle villa avec une vue superbe

Une belle villa très confortable sur les hauteurs de Bormes les mimosas, un accueil très sympathique. La possibilité d'ouvrir la baie vitrée et de vivre dehors est vraiment un plus et les alentours permettent de faire de belles sorties.

Emplacement idéal mais il faut tout de même un moyen de transport pour faire ses courses et être en parfaite santé pour accéder à la maison. Salle de séjour peu adaptée à la prise de repas quand il ne fait pas assez chaud pour les prendre dehors.

La maison est très belle et très spacieuse … chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain ce qui rend la cohabitation des deux familles très facile… les espaces à vivre sont bien agencé et la terrasse ainsi que la piscine sont très agréables … Je recommande fortement cette location ...
