Not the best of places for older people
To begin with, we were given the wrong address and therefore tried to get into the wrong house. Consequently, we set off the property's alarm. Thankfully, we had a person to call so we got that straightened out.
Also, the gate going into the driveway was broken for the length of our stay, which was something that frankly didn't bother us though it might have been a problem with people who were very security conscious.
The youngest in our group of 6 was 76 years old. So it would have been good to know that one had to walk up 30 steps to get to the house. On the plus side, they had a baggage transporter to take up the luggage and groceries.
The house itself was well presented and when an older person gets there, they find it very agreeable. the view and night lighting was incredible and the town is great.
Since the house is on a steep incline, getting up to the parking lot was a bit of a trick - especially for two cars.
On the downside, the baggage elevator broke when we left, so we had to carry down all of our luggage at the end.
In summary, this is a great property for younger people but not necessarily for older ones. My kids would have loved to stay there. As for my wife and I, we would not rent the property again.
