Hey! I’m from St Simons and somehow ended up in Tx! A few years ago, I renovated this condo down to the studs and am proud and excited to share my sacred space with you!
Why they chose this property
This is the best ovation on the island! The unit sits across from beautiful parks, tennis and Pickleball courts, and is a very short 2 minute walk to all the best bars, restaurants and shops on St Simons. The pier also has multiple playgrounds, a local pool, the beach, and the lighthouse. So much fun to walk or ride bikes from my home!
