Cute small chalet of 29 m² for 4 people facing south! Ideally located, 10 minutes from the center of the village, 150m from the ski lifts of Bossonnet and ESF courses departures (access to the entire ski area from these lifts), 150m from the municipal pool. New balneotherapy Serge Bianco and its restaurant located 2 minutes walk from rentals!

Chalet including:
- a room for 2 people (bed in 140),
- a living room kitchen with all the necessary kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, pressure cooker, mixer ...),
- living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) TV (TNT),
- a bathroom with an Italian shower
- separate toilet.
- a balcony facing south,
- A covered and closed garage for the car and another closed garage for bikes or others,
- Private parking next to the chalet.
(Windows: one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom and a French window to the living room)

Semaine à la Clusaz

Le chalet est propre et bien aménagé et bien fourni pour une famille de 4 personnes, tout est parfait.La localisation est proche des Bossonets, il y a tout de même quelques minutes de marche et une belle côte pour y arriver.

Le séjour idéal !

Maryline a été une hôtesse aux petits soins pour nous, toujours très attentive à ce que nous nous sentions chez nous et que rien ne manque.Le pigeonnier est superbement bien situé près de tout et pourtant suffisamment bien placé pour être au calme.Le logement est spacieux, forcément nous étions 2 mais c'est ce qui nous fallait pour que nous nous sentions à notre aise.La semaine a eu un ensoleillement parfait et un très bon enneigement. Mais ça, c'est coup de chance !Seul le Wifi manquait de débit mais c'est épisodique comparé à a la qualité de tout le reste.Merci Maryline !

Le calme avant et après le ski

Petit chalet bien aménagé et avec tout le necessaire. Le local pour deposer les skis et les faire secher est un vrai plus, tout comme le garage pour le vehicule.Maryline, la proprietaire, est à l'écoute, bienveillante et regorge de petits conseils sur la station et ses alentours. Chouette chalet pour un agréable séjour été comme hiver

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce joli petit chalet au calme, idéalement situé sur les hauteurs de la clusaz mais proche des commerces et restaurants. Situation top pour les sports d'hiver avec les remontées mécaniques à 3 min à pieds. Autre atout : la petite navette qui dessert gratuitement le village est aux pieds du chalet. Le chalet a été entièrement refait récemment : salle de bain et cuisine top ! Wc séparé. Rien à redire. La propriétaire est super accueillante : ***** à elle pour toutes les facilités de la réservation, à l'accueil et au départ. Nous y reviendrons sans pb.
