Peaceful marina overlook, in a gated community
Living on the Mighty Colorado River is a sight to behold. You will be overlooking the marina still with a view of the river and channel. The front dock lends itself to much of the seasonal water fowl and occasionally one can watch the beaver swim right next to you. The pool and community clubhouse is great for watching the games and meeting a few folks around the complex. Temperatures averages around 70 degrees in the daytime with plenty of sunshine almost guaranteed! Come see what they are all talking about back home and enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunsets daily on the dock!
