Each of our places has a free high-speed WIFI, Beach towels, folding beach chairs, Sand toy set & all linens provided. Charcoal grills (guest to provide own charcoal). Free use of our laundry room on main floor.

Free shared use of swimming pool, Bay-front beach area, Fishing Dock, outdoor seating, outdoor Ping-Pong table, and self-serve Tiki Bar area.

Free shared use of our kayaks (for age 21 & up) to explore picturesque Lemon Bay. Dolphins often spotted.

We are a 5-minute walk to our wonderfully uncrowded, beautiful ocean-side beach. Or enjoy our cute “bay-front beach” right out back, a long walk or short drive or free shuttle service to five popular family-friendly restaurants near the big Englewood beach with live tropical music, very popular free beach yoga classes, reasonably priced water sports rentals – parasailing, sunset cruises etc. 2-mile drive to number 1 ranked attraction of stump pass state beach park - a natural wonderland. Lots more restaurants & shops along Dearborn & nearby Historic Venice Avenue. Be sure to check our neighboring town of Venice just north of us. Historic Venice Avenue has free parking and numerous unique shops and restaurants. ENJOY!

Great location

Being on the bay was great for dolphin watching, and then a 5 minute walk across the street we were at our very own quiet beach! It is a short drive in to town for restaurants. The location was quiet and very enjoyable.

A Warm Pool with a View

Nice quiet location, everything you would need in the house, super warm pool, short walk to the ocean, great kitchen setup, and the bay view was very tranquil. Diving pelicans were our main entertainment. We would happily stay at this location again.

Great Girl's Trip

This was the perfect little place for our girl's trip. It was clean had everything we needed. Had the pool and could walk to the private beach. We brought bikes with us and could bike up to the street to eat. Perfect getaway with a beautiful beach and amazing sunrises you could watch from the Bay in the backyard.

A perfect hidden gem

This property was exactly how it was described. Amenities were great. They even have a bottle of wine waiting for you. I spent my birthday weekend with my family here and it couldn’t have been any better. Communication with hosts was easy. Place was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Perfect vacation spot!

I can't say enough about this place. We can't wait to come back. Lemon bay is beautiful. It is right out your backdoor. We fished right off the dock. The pool was nice. Go out the front and take a short walk to a private,,absolutely beautiful beach. Amy was great and seemed to be on top of everything. Hope to be back soon.

Nice place

The property was clean and well maintained. I thought when booking it may have been farther south near stump pass but there is a free shuttle that will take you anywhere. I realize it’s February but was hoping to catch fish off the dock but unfortunately there was nothing but minnows in the area. The property is a must stay if you want to explore Manisota key.

Couples retreat

This was a great spot and fantastic location. Very relaxing and great for couples. I would say the bed needs to be replaced and the moisture issue needs to be addressed. I do think that while being green and healthy they do need a spot for a smoker! But overall great spot wonderful time and would go back!

This property did not disappoint. The unit we stayed in was so clean with high end furnishings, and everything we needed. The view of the bay , right outside our window, was astonishing. Saw a few other occupants and all were friendly. Very quiet and everyone followed the rules. My only suggestion for improvement would be to repair the dock and refurbish the beach with sand. I hope to return someday.

Perfect getaway!!

My boys are 8 and 6 and they loved the pool and fishing from the dock. The beach was not far at all and the cart to wheel stuff to the beach was prefect. The place itself is super big and was comfy for all of us!! The master bed was very comfy. They had all kinds of stuff for us too like reusable Kcups, detergents, tons of towels, games (boys played Sorry twice), washer and dryer etc etc!! I would recommend this place to all. Per effect little place. Thank you again.

Everything was exactly as pictured and more. The host was communicative and clear, the property was clean and gorgeous! Everything that we needed was provided, all we needed to bring was our clothing and food. We cooked at the unit three times, and had everything that we needed, down to the seasonings. The location was beautiful and quiet. with easy access to the gulf beach, and a relaxing location on the bay beach and shade by the pool when we had enough sun. Although there were others at the property, we felt as if it was our own. We will be back!

Great hideaway

This place is a perfect place to getaway from the busyness of life. Quiet location and private beach access. Amy is a great person to rent her multiple locations. My only complaint is check out is at 10am and check in 4pm. I'm a nightshift RN and 10 too early. 4pm check in is like your day is almost gone. ( I would pay extra if could check in a tad earlier as well as later for check out like most places) Besides that you will ❤❤❤❤❤ this place, location and owner!!!

Quiet spot perfect for relaxing

My wife and I were looking for a place to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary and this was perfect. Everything was clean and updated. We loved the location. We didn't even bother with a car for the week. Our daughter lives close by so we used her car to do some grocery shopping before we got there and then we rented bikes for the week. It is an easy, short ride into "town" to pick something up or grab dinner. We loved the little dock and the little pool wasn't too small. Plenty of nice chairs and lounges to sit on as well. It is just a short walk to a quiet beach. We also found Amy the owner and Elana the property manager to be easy to get ahold of and quick to accommodate. Great spot if your looking for a quiet place to get away.

Our stay at Island Oasis

We enjoyed our stay in the condo unit called Island Oasis. It was on the first floor and very conviently located to the pool, sandy area, landry room and our car. The condo was nicely furnished and decorated. I was amazed with the amount of storage in the bedroom. There were extra shelves, drawers and hanging spaces which were very creatively set up to maximize the usage of space. All the basic supplies needed were available in the unit. It was located in a quiet area and there wasn't alot of tradfic so easy to get to and from the condo. We appreciated all the suggestions regarding restaurants and things to do in the area which we enjoyed taking advantage of. We had a problem occur in the condo and we received a response back within a short period of time and the problem was quickly resolved. We would highly recommend staying here.
