This home is very private in a nice neighborhood. The yard is full of very interesting plants and flowers. We enjoyed the patio and the living room was very comfortable for two couples.

Perfect for family of 4 with teen/young adult kids. Clean and comfortable! Had everything we needed. Walked to Safeway for groceries, just a couple of blocks away. Easy 10-15 minute drive to U of O campus. Especially loved the bamboo hardwood in bedrooms and the bedroom with the step up to a cozy sitting area with skylight - excellent space for a yoga mat as well as a remote workspace. Very relaxing stay.

Great location and perfect for the volleyball tournament at the University of Oregon. The house was clean, safe, and very comfortable. It’s close to Safeway and located in a quiet neighborhood, which made our stay even better. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a home game weekend

We didn't need much as we wanted to see a Ducks game and what Oregon had to offer. The place met all of our needs

Staying in paradise (Eugene) was made even more lovely by being in this home and dealing with this owner. The home was very comfortable and all of us ladies (4) were very pleased with it. The beds were extremely comfortable. The owner did a great job there. The gardens are well taken care of: roses, herbs, fruit and vegetables. The kitchen was well equipped. We walked the neighborhood and met a few neighbors. We were treated very well. All in all everything about this experience was top notch. I would recommend this home without any hesitation.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, everything worked, and plenty of basic items provided (soap, TP, even coffee). Would stay again.

Suited our needs

Family of 4, we came down from Portland for the Eugene Marathon weekend. Chose this place seeking some place reasonably priced, and reasonably close-ish to Hayward Field.

The house is older as is a lot of Eugene. It was late and dark when I got there. But it turned out to be very good. Beautiful roses and other plants. House had all the basics and was very easy to stay at. Safeway supermarket 2 blocks away. Right off the main street. Good value for the price.

Pleasant stay

Cute neighborhood in the South Hills, not far from downtown Eugene. Comfortable and clean. Yard and furnishings could use a little TLC but very functional overall.

Great place

This was a great place. We had my mom staying with us so the bedroom with the halfbath and attached little office/tv area was perfect for her. Sort of gave her own space. Thank you Juan
