Sunny house in a quiet residential area, on plot of 700 m2 with swimming pool 8 x 4 m and beautiful terrace of 20 m2 partially covered with blind.
On the edge of the forest at 100 m from bike paths, 4 km from the sea, 2 km from Hossegor renowned surf spot and 2 km from the beautiful golf Hossegor. Very nice jogging between sea lake and forest. Close to the bowling alley and the casino and all the bars and restaurants of Capbreton harbor and the Hossegor power station as well as the fish auction of the port of Capbreton with daily arrival of fishing boats. Markets Hossegor and Capbreton nearby.
Cleaning included, sheets and towels provided.
Wifi, 3 bicycles, barbecue, volleyball, and 4 moorey boards are at your disposal

A living room of 35 m2 with TV and fireplace and an independent kitchen of 12 m2,
