Clean, comfortable, midtown home with unobstructed views of the Catalina Mountains and the University of Arizona’s sheep meadow. Two bedrooms and a den with a sofa bed will accommodate up to 6 people. Living room and den provide comfortable community spaces with sofas and TVs. Kitchen is well stocked if you like to cook. Great location. Less than a mile from two weekend farmers’ markets (St. Philipp’s Plaza and Rillito Downs), several grocery stores and the University Extension demonstration gardens. Every day between 3:00 and 4:00pm there is a delightful show as the sheep trot across the field to return to their paddocks. It’s a very nice home and we are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.

This place is perfect for us, and the right size, good location. Our host is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure things are great. We would love to stay here again next time we’re in Tucson. Thank you Susanne!!
This property was centrally located to Sabino Canyon and Saguaro National Park. It was really quiet at night for sleeping. We really enjoyed sitting the backyard and soaking up the sun. We met the host and she was very nice and had lots of suggestions as to what to do in Tucson! Wish we would have booked a longer stay!
So nice to be close to the River walk. We walked every day to a nearby coffee house and also the farmers' market on the weekend.
Yard was spacious and perfect for our dog to explore. House had everything we needed for a long stay.
Loved our stay at the sheep VRBO. It was very comfortable and the location could not have been more perfect. My college roommate and I from 40 yrs ago met in Arizona for a vacation (we are from two different states) and we had a long list of things to see. This place was so convenient for places in Tucson and outside of Tucson. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We spent 5 nights there. The owner was very detailed about the check-in process, made suggestions of things to do, etc. She was so easy to work with. If I return to Tucson I would see if this house was available before looking for another place.PS - The shower has the best water pressure ever!!! We would rent it again just for that alone.
This house was very clean. Nice backyard for our dogs to run in. I do wish there was a solar light above the house number on fence so it could be seen easily in the dark. It was a busy street during the day but quiet at night. We would stay here again. Country charm.
Could not have been better, loved the location, cute home with everything we needed, great back yard for our well behaved dogs and ideal location on a quiet road. Very friendly neighbor who helped us with some extra parking space for our first night, thank you!! We'll be back whenever we need a place to stay in Tucson.
We stayed here during a holiday get together with my family. This home is wonderfully located near the river trails which we used every day. Also near very good restaurants. It was quiet and we loved the Nectar king bed!
We spent a week "test driving" Tucson and could not have been happier in this small but efficient property. Clean, welcoming, and perfectly situated for a variety of neighborhoods, eating establishments, and hiking outings. And nothing but friendly looking livestock between you and a gorgeous mountain view.
I loved this little house and felt very comfortable during our stay.
It was fun to watch the livestock at the U of A farm, which included new lambs.
The view of the Catalina Mountains was incredible.
Property was in a great location, house was exactly as described. Had a small maintenance scheduling issue, which the host immediately addressed and remedied when I reached out. They were courteous and responsive, wish more were like her. Would stay again.
We were thrilled with this superb vacation rental! Although we are locals and weren't technically vacationing, this property provided the perfect respite stay for us and our little dogs while having work done at our home. The layout is great with two "hang-out" spaces, in addition to two comfortable bedrooms. The back yard is large and has lots of shade and is fully blocked in for dog safety. We had excellent communication from the property owner and hope we have the opportunity to stay again!
The check in and check out was super easy. The house was very clean. I can be a little OCD about cleanliness, and this house was clean. The beds/pillows were comfortable. Our host kept in touch with us on anything we may have needed.
Honestly, I don't even know where to begin. Susanne was such a top notch host and really blew me away with her hospitality and communication!
My family and I consisted of 2 adults and 3 children under 6. And let me tell you.. this place was everything we needed and more! The mountain views are beautiful and it was so fun getting to go check out the cows across the road whenever they'd get close enough. The back yard is huge along with a nice, large grill to use!
I don't know how else to explain this place besides mentioning just how cute, comfortable and homey it was. We wished we would've found this place sooner and wouldn't hesitate to come back if there was ever a need to again.
The street running through the neighborhood is surprisingly busy, but it is in no way a nuisance or anything that can be heard or bothersome.
We had the pleasure of enjoying several big thunderstorms during our stay and took the kiddos out to find some frogs that were singing loudly, enjoying the flooded terrain :)
Susanne was so extremely sweet and responsive and was so patient working with us to extend our time there a little longer.
DEFINITELY would recommend to anyone and everyone. Just overall such a comfy place and we loved every minute of it!
Thanks for everything, Susanne!
We absolutely loved this house for our family! The location was perfect - 10ish minutes to UofA campus, 15ish minutes to trail heads, Trader Joe's/Safeway both nearby, and great views of the Catalina mountains. The fenced-in yard was great for our dog. We loved this space and will definitely be back.
We truly enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great central location. The house was very comfortable for our family. We had fun seeing the sheep across the street!
So clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay. Close to everything we needed. The house is older with all the charm that brings. But clean and up to date. Comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen. Cozy den. We loved our time and will definitely be back.
The hostess was super easy to communicate with. The house was clean, beds very comfortable and everything well thought out. Farm across street was a special treat. Would definitely stay here again. Area very nice.
