The space
Your mountain retreat will take you to the premier 6-acre lot of the private Ice Mountain development. The large log beams of the chalet's architectural construction, echo the wild and wonderful expanses of the surrounding nature.
In addition to the soaring ceilings of the great room, the huge porches invite you to sit and listen to the river babbling below.
Enjoy your favorite drink, as you and family/friends sit by a fire in one of the two (indoor and semi-outdoor) massive stone fireplaces. Dine around the 6 person solid wood Amish table, or the large butcher block bar seating, or at the outdoor patio seating. Or curl up with a good book in the king-sized master bed or one of the cozy nooks in this 3,000+ square foot home.
The kitchen is full size with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, granite counters, and everything your inner chef desires. Also on this main floor, you’ll find a half bath, laundry area, and master suite. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, and an adjoining bathroom.
Journey to the second floor to discover two bedrooms and another full bath. One room has a queen-sized bed. The other a bunk bed containing two twin beds as well as an office desk for those looking to still write or connect to the outside world.
The massive lower floor has plenty of space and some toys for little ones to play around. Here you’ll find a sofa by the Netflix television, convertible to full-size sleeper and some exercise equipment. There’s also a full-sized bathroom. Don't forget to stargaze from the back porch or patio.
