Each three-bedroom/3.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 2,034 square feet of space, including a 472-square foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

Great location but condo wasn’t what we expected

Rental process was easy. However, upon arrival, the condo looked like a spring break or bachelor party had just checked out. Numerous fixtures (lamps,recliner, blinds, trundle bed springs) were broken. There was blood spatters on the wall and the floor throughout the condo was really dirty. We had to contact maintenance for a clogged sink and the resort’s maintenance team was very responsive. We reported the overall state of the condo to the owner during our stay and to the resort’s front desk at departure. We had a great weekend but the condo wasn’t what we expected at the Portofino. We’ve stayed in other units at the resort and thought we’d have comparable accommodations. Hopefully the issues will be addressed.

Beautiful view and condo

Beautiful property. Cleaning staff did not clean really well. Not dusted. Floor needed to be mopped really good. Our feet kept getting black after a shower.
