You will spend your holiday in comfort and elegance in an ancient building of '700 with modern comfort. This apartment is located a walking distance from some of the main attractions site like the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. You will explore the old city with the pleasure of feeling behind the home!

At the Standard Rate must be added the "Accomodation Tax", tax required by Municipality of Rome. 6 euro per person per night for a maximum of ten days. Children under ten year of age are exempt. This payment will be made in cash at yours arrival and is to be added to the final price on-line.

Felippo is a great host. He helped us book airport and cruise port transfers and made our transfers such smooth process, He addressed our questions and concerns prior and during our stay, and we could not be more happier with the location and cleanliness of the apartment. If you are looking for a central safe location within close proximity to major attractions, look no further. This is the place for you!

Do not hesitate to book this beautiful apartment in the ideal location in the center of Rome!! We are three women traveling together and the apartment's location was ideal in a safe, convenient location, close to anything you would need. The grocery store is close and convenient, as are cafes where you can get a good breakfast in the morning and drinks in the afternoon, just steps away from the apartment. It's easy to arrange uber or freenow pick ups at your door.Marco is an amazing host, who is available at a moments notice, He provided recommendations for restaurants. gelaterias, etc. And helped with luggage, he's a true gentleman!The apartment is spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture to relax after a long day in Rome!

The place was amazing. The greatest location right next to Trevi fountain. Three bedroom fit family of 5 so well. Great air conditioning. Wash machine worked well for some laundry. Philip the host helped arrange transport from airport drop off right at front step. Also set up travel to the port. Had an injury out sightseeing. Host helped get medical supplies for me. The nicest host my family has ever experienced. I would go back and stay there every time if possible. Book and you will enjoy.

This apartment was perfect for our group of 5. The hosts arranged private transportation from the airport for us. We arrived before the unit was clean but they met us at the door, helped carry our bags up to store in their own apartment which was directly across from this unit (and overlooks the Trevi fountain), and made a suggestion for lunch nearby which was great. They were so welcoming, available for any questions or needs. AC units in each bedroom and the dining area kept us cool during the oppressive July heat. It was helpful to have 3 bathrooms, and each adjoins a bedroom. The location cannot be beat. Trevi attracts thousands of tourists and you can hear street noise but it didn't bother us. I would stay here again and again.

Beautiful amenities and location! Extremely clean, updated and so much space considering the price! It places you directly next to Trevi fountain which places you in walking distance of multiple sites. Felippo and Marco were amazing hosts. Highly recommend this place and will come to stay again anytime we're in Rome!

Perfect location/ wonderful host

All contact with host Fillipe was awesome he made sure our stay was perfect. The location cannot be beat. The apartment itself was very nice as described with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths- we had issue with hot water but were able to use one of the other showers to get a hot shower. It was a great stay!

Great Apartment, wonderful host

This is a very comfortable property with a wonderful host. Filippo was very helpful, before and during our stay. All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are nice. Strongly recommend this property for friends or families traveling together.

Scaffolding in place but super gracious hosts made the stay extremely welcoming. No elevator but the 2 strong male hosts brought all the suitcases up and down for us. Location is at the Trevi Fountain and walkable to just about everywhere! Large mini-market very nearby. Would definitely return and stay here again!

Our second stay here and it is excellent. Beautiful apartment, tall ceilings, very clean and lots of room. Bathroom right in each of the three bedrooms of good size. We enjoyed being right near the main sights in this magnificent city. Very comfortable, several air conditioners that work great. Washing machine in apartment very handy. We had an excellent stay and our Host Filippo was excellent and made sure our check in and check out went smoothly. Definitely a favorite of ours when staying in Rome.

Lovely Italian Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location (right next to Trevi fountain) was convenient and easy to remember when trying to find our way back home after exploring Rome. Trip of a lifetime

Location Location Location Could not have asked for a better apartment. The host went out of their way to help with transportation from airport and to cruise terminal. Top notch all the way. Apartment was exactly as advertised and more.
