Breathtaking Home In The Pochet Association of East Orleans With Private Pool

Relax and unwind in this breathtaking 4BR/2.5BA central air conditioned home located in the Pochet Association of East Orleans, where you have private access to beautiful Nauset Beach or your own private pool! Beautifully decorated throughout with upscale furnishings, the living room creates a space where you can catch up on the day or plan out the next Cape adventure. The main level offers a magnificent dining room, a chef's dream gourmet kitchen, den, living room, laundry and half bath. The master suite is also located on the main level with a luxurious en suite bathroom. The second level will feature three additional guest bedrooms, plus full bath. Just a short walk away is the private association bridge which allows you to cross over the beautiful tidal creeks and estuaries of the Cape Cod National Seashore to a less crowded southern section of Nauset Beach. Spend your days on the beach and then take the short drive to East Orleans Village to listen to live music, enjoy our fine local theater, watch Cape League baseball under the lights, or savor a fine meal at any of the exceptional local restaurants. After your day at the beach or swim in the 16x32 pool is not heated . Pools opens first week of June and closes end of September. Enjoy the large yard with a game of corn hole, horseshoes, soccer, whiffle ball, etc. and treat yourself to the enclosed outdoor shower- a Cape Cod tradition! $250 Cleaning fee (Linens and towels provided). $500 Administrative fee, plus applicable state and local taxes.

Nauset Beach House - Cape Cad Wedding Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was amazing, very spacious, clean and well stocked with anything you could need. Quiet neighborhood, nice walk to the beach but take a car if bringing chairs, coolers, etc. The only problem was the requirement to wash, dry and put all bed sheets and towels away in closets prior to departure. This seems unmanageable with a 10am departure requirement and we had to be out by 8:30 to get to Logan for flights... that was stressful! Otherwise the vacation was wonderful!!

Great stay in Orleans

The house on Pochet Rd in Orleans was beautiful and comfortable. There is a stunning ocean beach at the end of the street. Property manager responsive. It was a great stay.

Perfect in Every Way!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently returned from our 2nd family vacation at this gorgeous, sparklingly clean, perfectly located, comfortable, has everything you need (and more) rental home. (See my review from 2021 for additional details.) Although, the property didn’t need any improvements to make it enjoyable, there were several. new surprises to enjoy, including the beautiful new picnic table & umbrella, brand new Wolf stove, new pots & pans and a lovely improvement to the driveway. We love this home so much that we referred our best friends who came with their family the last week of June and had an outstanding time as well! We are planning on returning next year.The ONLY critique I have is regarding Gibson Sotheby's, rental agency. Firstly, they provide incomplete and incorrect information in their listing for the property. More concerning is the tone of their intimidating emails sent regarding check out; threatening to charge the credit card on file for things including not cleaning the gas grill, not taking out the trash, not emptying the dishwasher, and not departing at 10:00am on the dot. We are responsible adults and considering the price we are paying for the rental we should not be threatened with charges for not cleaning up after ourselves.

Peaceful and Beautiful

Firs time in the Cape with my family and friends of ours. All together 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-4). The house was large enough and equipped with everything we needed, the pool was great, the beach was walkable. Great front yard for kids to run around. Will rent again for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are soooo grateful to the Hershbergers for sharing their amazingly well appointed and beautiful East Orleans home with our family. The home was even nicer in person than in the photos!Everything about the home was PERFECT for our family of 6 adults 1 child and 1 baby. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed as was the home with everything needed to enjoy amazing days at the beach! Unfortunately, the listing did not reflect all of the amazing accouterments that the home provides such as gas grill, beach chairs, umbrellas, games, high chair, dish soap, sponges, etc (a fully stocked kitchen sans food). The home was spotlessly clean as well and there were plenty of linens, shower and beach towels!The pool was amazing and enjoyed by all as was the outdoor shower!!! The walk to the private beach was exactly 9 minutes, as described however we were unaware that we would also be provided with a parking pass for the private association parking lot, which was an added bonus for driving all of the beach gear. Walks to the beach were enjoyed by all morning and afternoons!The location was perfect for shopping, eating, ocean and bay beaches yet far enough from the hubbub for tranquility and relaxation. Dirt Bombs from the Cottage Bakery are a must as well as ice cream from the Ice Cream Cafe! We can't wait for next year so we can make more family Cape Cod memories at 135 Pochet!

Wonderful August Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So many wonderful things to say about this property! It is a lovely, updated home in a fantastic location. Day at Nauset? It's a quick 10-minute walk (or two-minute drive) to the private, association beach. Day at home? There's a lovely yard (cornhole!)and a refreshing pool. No need to bring towels or linens - the house is very well equipped. Our family certainly hopes to stay here again!
