All AQUA guests must be pre-registered  to receive Parking Permit(s).  The registration fee is $50 per vehicle starting January 1, 2025. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking passes.  This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.

We all enjoyed our stay here! The condo was perfect! We will definitely be back to stay! It looked exactly like the pictures. We all enjoyed the space and having our own rooms and bathrooms. We plan to book the same please next year for our annual trip!

Awesome Family Vacay

This condo was exactly like it was listed on the webpage. It had everything we needed. My family was able to enjoy a week’s stay with my sons and their family. My grandson had the best time at the beach and in the pool. I could not have asked for a better vacation. Also, Beachbooking’s personnel was awesome.

This place was wonderful! Condo was clean, modern, great views, nice amenities! Across the street parking was a bit of a hassle, but the covered bridge and luggage carts made it easier. Very crowded beach and pool. We would definitely come back! Just maybe in the off season.

Beautiful location - balcony view of ocean was amazing!

This property, Aqua was defeated prime location. We had easy access to the beach with 2 lay down beach chairs and an umbrella, all provided. The properties beach area wasn't over crowded nor was either of the properties pool. Shopping and food was all in walking distance. Great spot to stay. I will say the elevator traffic was crazy. But otherwise we would totally recommend Aqua 👌!

Loved this property!

We stayed June 5-10. This property is even more gorgeous in person than in the pictures. I was worried about staying so high up due to potential elevator wait times but we honestly didn’t have any issues whatsoever. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. We will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful rental! We had plenty of room for our whole family. Having 3 bathrooms worked perfect for our family. Perfect location! Easy walk to the beach with gorgeous beach views as well! We rented a golf cart right across the street and was able to take it everywhere we went while there. So close to Pier park and all the major eating places!

Perfection

We had a fabulous stay at Aqua 1909. The condo was very clean and everything that we needed was there. The property managers were amazing and very helpful. The only problem was that the icemaker appeared to not be working, so the property manager brought us ice right away. They offered to fix the icemaker, but when someone came, it was already working again. We will surely stay here again!

Overall the condo was nice. The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced in the bedrooms. Only two elevator locations so we had to wait a while for those. Also no air conditioning in the elevators so it was miserable any time we had to use it.

The place was nice but the inside shower curtain linings were not clean….need replaced. Also I needed to contact maintenance because the drain in one of the tubs was very slow. Also the garbage disposal was loud and it turned out there was a bottle cap in it. The maintenance man was very kind and helpful and he fixed both problems….just not what you want to deal with on vacation.
