About this property
Cute Cottage Located in the Heart of the Pier
Cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath bright cottage with an enclosed front porch in the heart of the Pier. Within walking distance to Narragansett Town Beach, shops, restaurants, and seawall. One mini-split for a/c located in the living room.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
