This beautifully decorated ground floor condo features 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1.5 baths, hallway bunk beds for children, sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen, high efficiency washer and dryer, 2 TVs with cable, and high speed wireless internet.
Sure to please, the Mara Lee Retreat condo, suite 4107, a ground floor condo, has a small patio with a nice grassy area outside and a pleasant view of palm trees.

So what are your waiting for? Pack up the suitcases and head south to Destin, Florida! Soon you will enjoy Maravilla Resort 2.5 acre private pristine white sugar sand beach and 2 resort swimming pools (1 heated in the winter)! Complimentary beach chairs/umbrella service each day of your stay! The beach chair/umbrella service is available during the spring, summer and autumn.

Steps away from the Mara Lee Retreat condo, suite 4107, you will find the swimming pool and hot tub next to the clubhouse. Other Maravilla Resort amenities are close to your condo so you can continue with your active lifestyle! Take a dip in Maravilla's beachside swimming pool! How about a friendly game of tennis, pickle board or use of the exercise equipment in the clubhouse? P.S. Maravilla Resort has a basketball hoop for basketball lovers! Advance payment: VRBO processes the advance payment and final payment. If there is property disrespect, damage and/or theft, VRBO will charge and collect from the vacationer.

One of the overlooked features of our ground floor condo is that it has a little yard area outside the patio. The benefit is that kids can enjoy the outdoor space and Mom and Dad can sit, relax and watch them play. Family vacation

We booked a last minute family vacation and had the most amazing experience! Larry & Mara Lee were great, super responsive, and made the whole experience wonderful. We fell in love with the condo, which was perfect for our family of 4. Our kids say it has been their favorite vacation ever! We will definitely be back :)

Relaxing Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean upon our arrival. The first floor location made our packing a snap and daily walks to the beach much easier. The property owner was super responsive and we received a packet of information before our stay which included everything we needed to know about the property and recommendations for dining and activities in the area. Great family vacation

Loved the short walk to the beach. Loved the chair/ umbrella service at the beach. Pools were great - so clean and warm. Space was clean and as pictured. Shower was in a tight area but appreciated the washer/ dryer so it was fine. Kids loved the bunk beds. Upstairs vacationers with big dog and smoking on balcony were annoying at times, but that’s no fault of the owner. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Mara called directly as soon as the payment confirmed. She is very communicative and have ya a lot of information about destin. The condo is in the great location. Only a minute or two walk to the beach. Very beautiful area with the patio facing the view towards the beach. First floor! Easy access and very clean! Will stay there again! Thank you Mara!

Amazing!

The location was perfect. Right between the pool and the beach. The two chairs and umbrella were definitely well appreciated. Everything was nice and clean. Super easy to get in and out. The washer and dryer are sort of in an awkward spot right next to the shower so it was a little weird putting clothes to wash and dry since you’re sort of cornered but other than that everything was lovely.

Our experience with the owners and property were great. This was our first time staying here and would return. The only suggestions I have is to have a rail for the top bunk bed and a ladder. I have two younger kids and they would not/couldn't sleep on the top bunk since it did not have a rail. There is a fold out couch and they were happy to sleep on it.

I agree with your comments that a rail and a ladder for the bunk beds would be helpful for the children. When we purchased the condo, the bunk beds did not have a rail or ladder. However, as you probably noticed, there is a small plastic step ladder in the closet for our guests to use. In the meantime, I will keep pursuing finding a rail and ladder for the bunk beds. Perfect!

This was my second visit to Destin and my second stay at Mara-Lee-Retreat. It's the perfect place for me. No stairs and everything is so convenient. The family atmosphere of this resort makes it the perfect place for families. My grandchildren enjoyed the ball courts pools and of course the beautiful beach that's steps away. The condo is perfect in every way. It's clean the beds are comfortable and it had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. I stayed alone this time while my daughter and grandchildren stayed in a different building. I felt completely safe and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend and will definitely be staying again, soon I hope!

Great communication with the owner

Great communication with the owner, condo was very clean. Only thing I would change is the key, its very inconvenient to carry actual key, to the beach and if we had to go somewhere separate we had to make plans when to come home at the exact time. I think code at the door would have been much easier!
