Dunes2Dock is a home that was built for vacations! Ocean & River Views. 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths. Heated pool(extra fee) and hot tub. Private beach access just 400 ft from the house. Elevator! Walk outback past the pool to the private boat dock for some fishing or just sit on the bench and birdwatch. This property has plenty of privacy with 1.6 acres. We have a floating dock for launching 2 provided kayaks. Beautiful century old oak trees. This 3 story smart home has plenty of room for everyone. Great room has comfy seating for 10. The dining room table accommodates 8 plus seating for 5 at the kitchen bar. Downstairs there is a game room with an additional couch and TV, as well as pool table/air hockey. There are 4 balconies. On chilly nights enjoy one of the 2 fireplaces. The master suite has a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa(twin). His and her bathrooms, soaker tub, fireplace, covered balcony and panoramic views. Also on the 3rd floor is bedroom 2 with a queen bed and sleeper sofa(twin). Bathroom 2 has a tub/shower combo. There is a front balcony for enjoying ocean views as well as a loft with sitting area on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor of the home you will find the main living area, dining, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and large deck/balcony. Bedroom 3 has a king sized bed and en suite bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has 2 twin over full bunk beds. Bath 4 is a tub shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped and plenty of space for cooking. The first level of the home has a Game Room that doubles as Family Suite with twin over full sized bunk bed, pull out full sized sofa bed with additional separate enclosed bedroom with queen bed and full bath walk-in shower. All bedrooms have a walk-in closets.

Wonderful stay. The hot tub was a godsend on a cold couple days. Yard and yard game were great to have. We even caught a fish big enough to eat. Beach was beautiful and a nice short walk.

We had a great time celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary!!! Ocean on one side, fishing the inter-coastal on the other side. Pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed to cool down during the day or relax in at night! Communication was excellent with host. Definitely recommend this house!!!

Best beach house in Flagger

Amazing Place

This was by far the best property we have stayed at. Our family had a blast. The game room was a big hit with the kids. The pool and patio area was spacious. Cathy was great with information. Will be glad to come and stay again on our next visit.

Great home for multi generation family!

This home was exactly as listed! It was easy access to the beach, the pool was great for afternoon swims and there was plenty of room for the adults and kids to have their own space. The living room and dining room had plenty of seating for our family of 12. We would definitely stay here again!

Flagler Fun

We travel as a 14 pack of 3 families with kids of all different ages. The property is beautiful and the house fit us all easily. Weather was great so we spent a lot of time in the pool/hot tub and enjoyed the fishing dock and easy walk to the beach. Plenty of local bars/restaurants in Flagler and perfect location for quick day trips to Daytona Beach and St Augustine. Good times.

Very Nice

Our second beach vacation at this property. Just as good as the first stay. Really enjoyed the amenities. The beach is a short walk and across the road but it’s private! No one walked past the entire week. The pool is a real plus. The lawn is beautiful. Very enjoyable fire pit.

Flagler Fantasy

Dunes2Dock is the ultimate beach getaway! Your own private beach is a five-minute walk outside the front door. The walkway out the back leads to a great dock where you can go fishing or paddle away on two provided kayaks. Our three-generation family ranging from 6 to 73 took advantage of all the above in addition to the pool, firepit for smores, game room, croquet on the lawn, enjoying the views from the multiple balconies, and movie night in the living room. We've vacationed together for the past thirteen years. This place topped them all! Thank you, Cathy, for the awesome memories your beach house provided us!

A great getaway

We were a group of 25-30 year olds and this was a wonderful place for us. Lots of activities at the house, fishing off the dock and the pool/hot tub were big hits. The house was clean and airy, nicely stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, and beach/outdoor games and toys. It’s close enough to a few town and beaches that you can easily get out for groceries or day trips. All in all, highly recommend it!

Family Spring Break Trip

My family and I traveled to the Painters Hill property along with another family. We both have two kids and the house was perfect for a multi-family vacation. The house is beautiful and the layout is perfect for large groups with plenty of space. The pool is incredible and the back yard with deck access to the waterway is amazing. The beach is directly across the street with a private access. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. We loved the place.

We have grown up in Souh Florida. Dunes2Dock will some day be our retirement home. It gives us great joy to host and allow others to share in what we believe is true paridise. It is so much fun to hear from guests how they have enjoyed the same things we enjoy about the property.

Why they chose this property

We love nature, the beach and boating. This property gives us all of that. Flagler Beach is the perfect combination of small town Florida but so close to big town amenities. Everyone is so friendly around here. There is also so much to do and enjoy in the area. We are close to St Augustine, Daytona Beach, Cape Canveral Space Center and Disney World.

What makes this property unique

Our property is a 1.6-acre oasis of nature, privacy, beach and lake/river.  It is the perfect place to unwind and refresh.  There is so much to do on property- swim, fish, beach, firepit, yard games, indoor games and puzzles.  If you like to cook, our kitchen has everything you need.  If you don't want to cook, the property is just minutes away from many fabulous local restaurants. The space in the house allows for all to gather at once but also has many spots where you can enjoy privacy, even when vacationing in a large group.  We use the property ourselves whenever possible, and believe a well-maintained and clean property are of utmost importance.
