Hyper central and functional apartment. 2 rooms. Banana district - Golden Square

Everything is done on FOOT:
-1 minute from the sea and beaches
-10 minutes from the Palais des Festivals,
-a few seconds from shops, shopping, bars and restaurants
-10 minutes from the train station,
-9 minutes from a large green park with tennis court, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor catering. -On the ground floor in a secure building with lift. Public parking a few metres away.
New air conditioning is installed in the living room (July 2025). A fan is in the bedroom.

Il y a du double vitrage sur toutes les fenêtres. Toutefois le centre ville de Cannes est plus bruyant que la maison de campagne, isolée dans laquelle vous m’avez dit vivre. J’en suis désolée. Etre en centre-ville a aussi l’avantage d’être proche de la plage, du palais et des commerces. De mon côté, j’aurais apprécié que vous me disiez que vous aviez cassé le mécanisme du canapé convertible.

L'appartement est exceptionnel

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Il est propre et proche de la plage , des commerces et tous ce que vous besoin pendant votre sejour à Cannes. L'hôte a été gentille également. Je recommande fortement ce logement!
