Beautiful semi-detached house of 160m2 of Mediterranean style with 3 bedrooms plus superior studio in the urbanization "Son Floriana" Cala Bona next to Cala Millor. Is 800 m (10 minute walk) from the seafront and beach. private garden of 60m2 with charcoal barbecue. Internet wifi, two satellite TV and air conditioning in master bedroom and living room. Garden with 4 sun beds, umbrella and solar shower. Dining terrace for 6 people. From the upper terrace there are views over the bay of Costa de los Pinos and the "Puig de sa font" of son servera.

Very nice house and garden

We had a very nice week in the house in Cala Bona. Previous descriptions fit quite well. The house is very nice. The walk to the beach is not far. There are a lot of restaurants in Cala Bona and Cala Millor but you need to walk 20 minutes at least to get into the city.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Cala Bona

Der Kontakt mit Javier als Vermieter war immer gut und ohne Probleme. Das Haus bietet alles wie beschrieben an und war sehr sauber. Alles was wir benötigten war vorhanden, besonders ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das Haus liegt am landseitigen Rand von Cala Bona, es sind 10 min bis zum Strand zu laufen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir haben unsren Urlaub im Haus gut genossen.

Bon séjour à cala bona chez javier !

Nous avons 15 jours dans la belle et agréable maison de javier. La maison est toute climatisée et vaste bien équipée dans une zone calme ce qui n’est pas simple sur cette côte. Elle est idéalement située pour découvrir l’île vers le nord où vers le sud avec ses magnifiques calas. Bref un bon choix pour passer des vacances. La seule remarque serait l’absence d’une piscine. À retenir donc !

Extremely well appointed and equipped house

We loved staying here, the house was clean and very well equipped. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge were essential when the temperatures were over 30 degrees. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating and the booking procedure was very smooth. We loved the range of outdoor seating areas that were positioned for different times of the day. We have two teenage children who were delighted with the WiFi and the amount of space in the house. It is well positioned in that it is a little walk away from the main promenade which makes it quieter and more secluded. Parking was great. We spent a lot of time on the beaches in Cala Millor which was about 17 minutes walk away. The beaches are perfect for all ages and the warm sea is perfect. We would definitely recommend this property for families of all ages and would love to come again.

Beautiful, quiet place to stay

We enjoyed staying in this house very much. It was better than the pictures on the website and we were very pleasantly surprised. It’s only a ten minute walk to the bars and restaurants at the harbour but far enough away to be quiet in the evenings if that’s what you want. The house has everything you would need, including air conditioning, BBQ and laundry room. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Lovely spacious house in quiet location

We stayed in this lovely house for 2weeks in July. Clean plenty of space and very well equipped they have thought of everything you could want and need a proper home from home.Although there is no pool it was no problem for us there are 2 hotels really close by and we spend many happy hours sharing their pools. The beach is 5 minute walk away and a lovely harbour with loads of restaurants we would have no hesitation in recommending this house to anyone.thank you for a lovely stay Sylvia Brian Amy and Iris 🙂

Alles so wie beschrieben

Wir haben im Juni 16 Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett von Javier und Alexandra empfangen. Beide sind jederzeit über Mail oder Wapp ereichbar. Es war sehr sauber, genügend Handtücher sowie Wechselbettwäsche waren vorhanden. Sogar ein Verbandskasten ist im Haus. Es fehlte uns an nichts. In Cala Bona ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Cala Bona selbst ist ein sehr angenehmer Ort, nicht so ganz belebt wie Cala Millor. Ein Auto ab Flughafen sollte man mieten. Wir können dieses Haus sehr weiterempfehlen. In Cala Millor können wir Bei Petra (Strandimbiss) empfehlen - nur bis 18 Uhr auf. Hier wird perfekt serviert. In SonServera gibt es die Drogerie Müller.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, in wenigen Minuten, erreicht man C. Millor und dennoch ist es ruhig um zu entspannen. Kurz und knapp... wir waren sehr zufrieden, können das Haus weiter empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.

Ein Traumhaus für einen perfekten Urlaub

Ein super tolles Haus, perfekter Service. Wir haben uns hier unheimlich wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten hier nicht nur sehr viel Platz, sondern auch sonst alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Einer der besten Strände Mallorcas (Cala Millor) ist in ein paar Minuten mit Auto zu erreichen. Auch super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter.

Ein schöner Urlaub!

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Seit mehr als 15 Jahren besuchen wir die Insel und wir freuen uns, dass das Niveau der Ferienobjekte sich stark gebessert hat. Dieses Haus hatte ausreichend Platz und war sehr modern ausgestattet. Der Service sehr gut und die Lage sehr schön. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen!

Wir haben eine Woche in dem schönen Haus Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus ist neu, verfügt über einen tollen Garten (inkl. Grill) bietet viel Platz und befindet sich in ruhiger Lage., in der Umgebung Strand und Hafen des Ortes Cala Bona (Cala Millor ca 2 km) Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder! Tolles Haus in gepflegter Wohngegend

Tolles Haus, alles neu, schöner Garten, gut ausgestattet, sauber, gepflegte Umgebung. Buchung und Empfang, alles gut organisiert, sehr nett. Floriana (Hotel) in 50 m, einzige Anmerkung: wenn man abends im Garten sitzt, ist die Animation des Hotels zu hören. Ansonsten sehr ruhige Lage, Parkmöglichkeit, Cala Bona Hafen und Promenade fussläufig erreichbar. EMPFEHLENSWERT!
