Can't beat the location. Check-in process was easy, and communication with the host was excellent. Apartment was as described. Couldn't believe how quiet it was, given its proximity to lively bars and restaurants. We slept so soundly!

En plein cœur de Paris mais

Le site est idéal. Toutefois c’est un quartier extrêmement bruyant jusqu’aux petites heures du matin. Il y a un bar juste sous l’appartement … Mais on est à deux pas de Notre-Dame et c’est un inconvénient qu’on avait accepté. Malheureusement, les ressorts du divan-lit étaient cassés … On nous a dit qu’il devait être changé mais ce ne serait pas durant notre séjour. Il n’y avait hélas qu’un seul chaudron pour cuisiner et il n’avait pas de couvercle. On nous a dit que la propriétaire nous en apporterait d’autres mais ce ne fut pas le cas durant nos deux semaines de séjour. Et, il y avait un détecteur de fumée juste à côté de notre porte d’entrée dont la batterie a bipé pour indiquer qu’il fallait la changer et ce, jusqu’à la veille de notre départ où il a finalement été retiré. Bien que j’aie écrit de nombreuses fois pour qu’on vienne changer la batterie svp. C’était jour et nuit que ça bipait. Très très très irritant … N’ayant pas eu de solution en contactant la gestionnaire, j’ai fini par en parler à l’homme de maintenance mais le détecteur a continué biper et nous rendre cinglé. Bref, l’appartement est propre, bien situé, clair mais les propriétaires n’ont démontré aucun intérêt à rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible.

Close to Everything

Apartment was as advertised. Washer door broke and was fixed but a little too late to get laundry done as there was no dryer. Great location but because street was so noisy at night ie until 3:30am+, so its best if you don't need a place for anyone on the sofa bed. But in bedroom with door closed you could barely hear anything. Also, showers had to be VERY brief, water got hot but not a lot of it. Apartment had everything we needed otherwise! Very close to river and Notre Dame, and Metro stations. Loved all the mirrors around apt. Overall had a great stay!

Excelente ubicación en un departamento agradable

Excelente ubicación, el departamento es muy agradable con mucha luz. El único inconveniente es que la zona es ruidosa por los bares y restaurants. Un poco menos de ruido en la recámara al cerrar la puerta ya que no se encuentra frente a la calle como es el caso de la estancia.
