Perfect Stay in Mashpee

This house has everything and is in a fantastic location. We were able to enjoy the pool, paddle boards, go for walks and drive a short distance to shops and the beach. We had a little hiccup with check in, but it was quickly resolved. The host was very accommodating and the beds were the most comfortable for a rental I have ever been in.

Great Property

Great house in a fantastic location. Furniture in common areas a little drab, but overall a great house. Property is in a fantastic location. We kayaked to the spit daily and enjoyed the pool everyday as well! Lots of extras with the house, it has everything you need!

Beautiful home - convenient location

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen/dining room/living room area was excellent for socializing. We loved the pool/hot tub area and the access to the dock and kayaks. The beach is within walking distance, and there is so much to do at Mashpee Commons, which is a quick drive. We will definitely be back!

Another perfect stay

This was our second time staying at this property. We had a wonderful time again! The house is clean, spacious, well stocked, comfortable and most importantly has an amazing pool and water access! Sujata was very responsive when we had a question/any concerns. We will definitely be back again!

Lovely House in New Seabury!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in New Seabury! It was a beautiful house and very clean. The house had everything that you would need and more. Having a pool, hot tub, and being by the waterfront was such a treat. Sujata was a wonderful host and responded immediately when needed. We look forward to staying at this house again!

AMAZING!! This home is spectacular!! We had an awesome multi-family vacation with plenty of room for everyone to spread out but then we could all gather on the extensive deck with the pool and hot tub and enjoy a swim while grilling and enjoying the outdoors. Also enjoyed multiple canoe rides off the private dock. Highly recommend!

The best!

This home has been perfect for our family’s vacation for the past 3 years. It’s spacious, beautiful, and well maintained. The pool, hot tub, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards are all we need for the week and we rarely leave the house! Pure relaxation! Wonderful memories have been made at this home that we’ll always treasure.

Awesome property

We had a great 1 week visit with our adult children, their partners, and our 2 grandchildren. We rented this property a year ago and couldn't wait to get back. We love the access to the beach, pool, kayaking, local restaurants, shopping, etc. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful house on the Cape. It was my husband and I, our 3 kids (ages 6, 5, and almost 2), as well as my parents and sister. The house was perfect- ample space, stocked with plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies, we loved using the pool and hot tubs, as well as the kayaks. The beach is walking distance and the town is so cute. It was very easy to drive to the Mashpee Commons, as well as the Marketplace. My sister went for some beautiful early morning runs in the area and absolutely loved the views. Sujata was wonderful and responsive, and provided ample information about the house and town. We would definitely love to come back and stay again in the future! Thank you!

My family truly enjoyed our week at this amazing property. The house was well maintained, very clean, and the hostess was extremely helpful. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and kayaking off the dock. Hoping to vacation here again next summer.

Amazing

We loved the week that we spent at this property. This house was the most well-stocked rental property we have stayed in, with everything from beach and pool toys to kids books to kayaks to an array of kitchen and dining items. The nearby beach is pristine and an easy walk, even with beach gear, baby, and toddler, and we made great use out of the pool and hot tub. The layout of the house worked really well for our family - the bedrooms are quiet, all having their own bathrooms, and the living room/kitchen/dining area was the perfect get together space, opening to the patio area and the pool. In addition, the pool has a very easy to operate automatic cover, which helped us feel safe with our toddler running around. We found this place to be the perfect family getaway and would re-book in an instant.

We are a family of four who spent seven years vacationing at this property with our family and friends. When it came up for sale we were really excited to purchase.

Why they chose this property

This house has seen our toddlers turn into teenagers and has benefited our family throughout the different age groups. We always rented the house as a 2 families (8 people in total) and then had grandparents visit as well. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax in privacy or to hang out as a group.

The kids love the Popponesset Market Place which is a lovely 20 - 25 minute walk away. The Market Place has something for everyone (mini golf, ice cream and candy, raw bar, live music some evenings, pizza, souvenirs, coffee, bike hire, beachwear).

You could take a yoga class 'on the Beach' and at The Commons. You could Kayak from our private dock into the spit and over to one of the many beaches or rent a boat.

If you don't want to venture out, the pool and hot tub are a lovely way to relax.
The kitchen is well equipped and with the addition of outside gas bbq should keep most foodies happy.
