Bien localisé mais peu équipé

Points +: Animaux acceptés, résidence calme et sécurisée avec parking souterrain, piscine et supermarché au pied de l'immeuble. Plage à 5mn à pied. Joli parc à proximité. Location propre, lit King size. Points - : clim en panne, 30° jour et nuit, il faut pouvoir supporter. Pas de salon de jardin pour manger sur le balcon. Cuisine très peu équipée. Juste 1 casserole et 1 poêle. Pas d ustensiles du tout, même pas un tire-bouchon pour le rosé ou un couteau pour couper le melon ! Pas de micro-onde, cafetière ou bouilloire. Frigo moyennement froid. Il manque donc quelques équipements de base, C'est dommage.
