Holiday house with sea view and private pool in second sea line lovingly decorated. Large entrance with new, open kitchen and living u. Dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all incl. Dishwasher, fridge u. Freezer. From the living room with TV leads to the covered terrace which is furnished with a table and seating as well as a Weber grill, so you can enjoy life outdoors to the fullest. The front mounted pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower and a beautiful view are also available. Furthermore, on the ground floor one bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, and the laundry room with washing machine. On the first floor there is the second Bedroom also with double bed and bathroom with bath. From the bedroom you get here on the large terrace with spectacular sea views. This is also equipped with seating. Furthermore, is the newly grown chill room with television and seating area available. An intregierte staircase leads to the roof terrace with stunning sea views to the island of Cabrera. If you are wish we can assist with booking flights or booking a rental car.

Awesome trip

We loved this house and the neighborhood. Everyone was so friendly and we were close to beach and had a private pool that was amazing. The property had everything we needed for a much needed vacation. We will definitely be back!

Lovely house with fantastic pool environment

A very nice house with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Great pool environment, where you really can swim, relax and find shadow. Everything inside and outside was nice, clean and well maintained, and well equipped with evertihing you need. A car is nedded as nearest shops and restaurants is 1,2km away. Cala Pi dosn’t offer more than a few restaurants and shops, but no supermarket which is far away. This place is highly recommended

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Pool und kleiner Dachterrasse. Gute Lage, 15 min zu Fuß zur Bucht. Ausstattung insgesamt gut, Betten etwas unbequem, ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten renoviert/optimiert werden. Kommunikation top!

erholsamste Ferien seit langem! :)

Zwei Freundinnen und ich waren für 9 Tage in der Finca von Familie Ammann zu Gast. Da wir uns alle lange nicht gesehen hatten, haben wir uns auf eine tolle Zeit zusammen gefreut, welche durch die Unterkunft wundervoll abgerundet wurde. Es hat uns an nichts in der Ausstattung gefehlt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns alle sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die gemütliche Terrasse und der Holzkohle Grill laden zu langen Nächten im Freien ein, der Pool und die tolle Aussicht direkt auf das Meer zu sonnigen Stunden tagsüber. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit Frau Ammann als auch mit dem Hausmeisterservice liefen sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert ab. Ein Mietwagen kann ebenfalls problemlos am Straßenrand geparkt werden. Vielen Dank für diesen entspannten und tollen Aufenthalt! Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal :)

Rundum gelungen

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden in dieser Unterkunft. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, die Betten fein, der Pool ein Traum, die Umgebung ruihg und eine schöne Badebucht unweit. Das Auto lässt sich unkompliziert an der Starße vor dem Haus abstellen und eine Bushaltestelle ist in 10 min. fußläufig erreichbar. Der Kontagt mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert, schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Rundherum eine Enttäuschung

Auch wenn das Haus auf den ersten Blick liebevoll eingerichtet scheint, hat es so manchen Pferdefuß. Man muß Glück mit den Nachbarn haben. In unserer Reisezeit war die Geräuschbelästigung eine Mischung aus Ballermann und Kirmes. Des Weiteren laufen abends Ratten auf der Terrasse herum, so dass man nicht draußen sitzen kann und die Terrassentür besser geschlossen hält. Der Ort Cala Pi bietet wenig. Im Ortskern ist Billigtourismus, die Bucht ist eingerahmt von Barracken. So dass man nach Estrenc fahren muss um schön baden zu gehen. Ein gehobenes Restaurant fehlt genauso im Ort, wie eine schöne Bar. So dass man um auszugehen immer fahren muss. Fußläufig ist eine etwas gepflegtere Gastronomie nicht erreichbar. Ein Kulanzlösung mit der Vermieterin war ebenfalls nicht möglich, trotz der extremen Lärmbelästigung und den Ratten. Ganz klares Fazit: Nie wieder Casa Nitida

Wunderschönes Haus mit „wie-zu-Hause“-Gefühl!

Wir hatte sehr entspannte tage in diesem schönen haus. Wir konnten dem trubel - wenn wir wollten- entfliehen und einfach nur entspannen. Ansonsten war palma und arnal ein katzensprung entfernt. Allerdings ist ein mietwagen unumgänglich

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Cala Pi

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Ferienhaus in Cala Pi. Die Kommunikation und Übergabe der Schlüssel lief reibungslos und wir haben das Haus genau wie beschrieben erlebt. Insbesondere der private Pool und der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse sprechen für sich. Zu den Restaurants nach Cala Pi sind es ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß, was bei uns aber kein Problem war. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Très belle maison

Très belle maison à 15 minutes à pied de cala pi avec une belle piscine. Le toit terrasse offre une très belle vue . La maison est conforme à la description. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour même si nous n’avions pas fait attention lors de la réservation qu’il n’y avait pas de WIFI.. je recommande

Das Objekt ist wunderschön und genauso wie es beschrieben wurde. Die Betreuer des Objektes waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Schön sind die vielen Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen auf dem Grundstück. Sehr gemütlich!

Wunderbar gepflegte Finca in traumhafter Lage im Süden der Insel

Alles war sehr sauber und es war immer ein Ansprechpartner sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Ruhige Nachbarschaft, ideal für einen Urlaub mit Kindern oder auch ohne:) Der Pool ist herrlich, die Terassen, Lounge-Möbel und Innenausstattung hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten Glück und nur ein paar Wespen zu den Mahlzeiten, keine Mücken. Die Nähe zum Meer hat zudem immer für eine leichte Brise gesorgt, sehr angenehm. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und ist sehr gepflegt. Bei hohen Außentemperaturen war die Klimaanlage super angenehm. Toller Pool mit sehr schöner Terrasse. Jederzeit würden wir wieder hier hin fahren. Alles ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt vorhanden.

Super schönes gemütliches Haus

Wir 3 haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es bietet aber auch Platz für mehr Leute. Alles sehr sauber. Vom Garten und Terrasse Blick aufs Meer. Der Ort an sich ist eher ruhig,Palma usw.aber in ca.20 min erreichbar(Mietwagen von Vorteil) Schönes Restaurant direkt am Wasser zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schöner Urlaub.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in CalaPi verlebt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Es wurde sehr schnell auf noch offene Fragen geantwortet. Auch die direkte Betreuung der Finca vor Ort war vorbildlich. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Schönes Haus, perfekt eingerichtet. Pool, Außenbereich alles drum herum ist klasse. Die Umgebung ist prima, die Bucht in Cala Pi ist wunderschön. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns super erholt und tolle Tage am Haus und im Pool verbracht. Die Betreuung vor Ort hat hervorragend geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ganz neu, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool, Garten und Terrasse sind uneinsehbar, man genießt die Privatsphäre. Tolle der große Grill, die schönen Liege rund um den Pool. Von allen 3 Terrassen genießt man einen tollen Meerblick. Ganz toll ist der Blick von der oberen Dachterrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke !

Urlaub in Cala Pi

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten reichlich Platz. Der Pool ist groß genug um sich abzukühlen und ein paar Bahnen zu ziehen. Die Terrassen sind groß und laden zum relaxen ein. Auch zu viert bietet das Haus genug Platz. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Also auf nach Cala Pi .
