Our new Self contained luxury beach house has two large Super King/Twin
bedrooms with quality linens.
Enjoy views of Queen Charlotte Sounds and Bush garden
from your balcony.
Fully equipped kitchen contains top quality appliances including microwave,
dishwasher, professional oven, cooktop and large family refrigerator/freezer
or make the most of the BBQ.

Very comfortable stay

We are 4 mature adults travelling together who spent 2 nights in Linkwater accommodation. We found everything exactly as described and had a wonderful stay. Beds were clean & comfortable and all ammenities were very clean and tidy. If driving from Picton there is a 20 minute windy road to navigate before arriving. Thank you for a lovely stay

Fabulous location for exploring the Sounds with easy off street parking. Apartment is very modern and tasteful and equipped with everything you might need. Owners are lovely. Highly recommend.

Superb accommodation. So clean, comfortable and relaxing. Wonderful views from the balcony where I spent a lot of reading. The Link path was great for running. Lovely hosts.

Awesome house

Lovely 2 storey house, located halfway between Picton and Havelock, giving great access to both. The deck is lovely to relax on in the afternoon sun and the beds are comfy. Great hosts, easy to contact. Would love to come back

Our booking was paid for and confirmed by book a bach but the property manager cancelled our booking as they only accepted 2 nights despite website saying that one night was fine. We were refunded our money but it still cost us the $10 transaction for an international payment and the inconvenience of having to find another place at short notice.

Beautiful house, great location

We truely enjoyed our stay at The Shed 1700. It is a beautiful house with modern appliances at a great location (handy to Anakiwa, Queen Charlotte Track and Havelock). The balcony offers good view and the deck is perfect for meals in the evening. We would like to thank Linda and Steve for their warm hospitality. We would love to come back one day.
