Treat yourself to the captivating views, all day sun and coastal panorama from this delightful holiday home positioned on the ridgeline overlooking Onetangi beach and bay.

The Space:
Church House is a well appointed, freshly renovated 3 bedroom home with wooden floors, wood burning fire and lovely open plan living/entertaining areas. Bi-fold doors open the house to the north facing deck and lovely garden with hot tub, outdoor seating/relaxing areas large dining table, gas BBQ and simply breathtaking sea views. There is a lovely small cottage with two sets of bunks in the garden for the kids.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed (can be split to singles upon request), Bedroom 2 - king bed (can be split to singles upon request), Bedroom 3 - bunk bed. Cottage with external access - 2 sets of bunks.

Please note: Minimum stays - 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights at holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. A compulsory exit cleaning fee of $300 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $30 per person, per stay, including beach towels. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults at Church House however please note there are only two king beds.

The Neighborhood:
A 5-minute walk down the hill leads to picturesque Onetangi beach with its 2.5 kilometres of white sand and two seaside cafes. The close proximity to Stonyridge, Miro, Te Motu, Wild on Waiheke and Tantalus Estate vineyards make this property a perfect accommodation choice for Waiheke Island.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.
