Location is amazing

I couldn't ask for a better location, right on Grand Ave over looking the lake. This is the perfect location to enjoy Grand Lake

The host, Erick is incredible. We have stayed there several times, and it was wonderful every time, and great views. I highly recommend this place.

Unbelievable view, very clean, in the heart of town!

We had such a great stay! Grand Lake is amazing and we were in the heart of town. Erick was awesome and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Perfect for our trip!

Best Cozy Place

My partner and I enjoyed this oasis away from home! It was the perfect stay in the best location. The host was super responsive and kind. Highly recommend this place and we plan on coming back to visit in the future!

What an awesome view with the best possible location!

What an absolutely wonderful place for a getaway! The location was perfect awesome access to the stores. The view was unbelievable! If you're headed to Grand Lake I highly recommend this little diamond!

Beautiful View and perfect central location

Great attentive host with a beautiful property, nicely upgraded. the view of the lake and beach were so nice and it was really great to be able to walk out of the apartment and be right on Grand Ave.

We were able to ride our sleds in and out of town so it was great! Fireworks over the lake and watching from living room window was a bonus!!!

Wonderful stay in perfect location!!

This place is perfect, especially for 4th of July activities and fireworks! Extremely clean and cozy one bedroom apartment above the birdstore in Grand Lake. Eric was super as our host and was very attentive to our needs! This is one of our favorite places to stay in the mountains! We would definitely recomend, and have, and also will stay again!

Great 20th Anniversary!

We had a great time. Loved this little place on the lake with beautiful views and convenient access to town! Everything was clean and ready for our arrival! We enjoyed everything; the lodging, food and all the fun activities during Grand Lake Buffalo Day weekend! We will definitely visit again

Perfect Location!

What a great find! Hosts were excellent and the location amazing. Out the front door and your right in the middle of town while the back deck overlooks the public beach. Literally walking distance to anything you may want to do. The apartment was clean and cozy we couldn’t have asked for more relaxing getaway.

Beautiful Time on Grand Lake

This property was perfect for 2 people plus our little pup. Beautiful kitchen, we cooked the whole time and we loved watching fireworks on the patio/deck. The lake access is RIGHT there, barely a 2-minute walk. It was perfect, we paddle boarded all weekend. Everyone was super friendly in the area, really chill area, we can't wait to come back.

Wonderful vacation spot

This is a great apartment right in the middle of town. You could not ask for a better location. The views are stunning. Everything is easily walkable from here. There are terrific restaurants, bars, and gift shops literally within a 2-3 minute walk. Erick is a great host: easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
