Think cabin meets mountain meets wood vibes. All clean and manicured. That’s emerald cabin.

The place was nice. It isn't the first picture, its a building around back! There are occupants in the front house. Also only street parking. The dishes were dirty in the dish washer but the host was able to bring some dish washer pods, it did take about 2hours to get the issue resolved. She was responsive. It was clean and decorated nice.
The home is actually the transitioned garage behind the house pictured. While it was ok, the floors inside the main area were uneven and coming up in some areas. There was no real silverware, only plastic summer picnic type stuff. Nothing sharp to help open difficult packages purchased from the store. While there were plenty of plates and cups there were only 2 mismatched (one glass and one plastic) bowls. No toaster either. While the beds were decent and afforded us 2 rooms, the couch was not the most comfortable either. I usually try find the best in the places we stay, so I will say that the location was good, close to downtown and an easy drive to other areas around Indianapolis. For the most part it did what we needed it to do, a decent place to sleep and unwind after our days out exploring.
