Stay was good, we got late first night and second night too, but place was comfortable..

Just Okay

It was very hard to find a place to stay over parents weekend, so ended up here. It was much farther away from campus than I thought and really wasn't very clean. The sheets has hairs on them and floors had bugs. It really felt like someone was living here and just moved out for the weekend to make some money. Generally it was acceptable for sleeping but did not feel like a proper rental property with management and a cleaning company.

Host went above & beyond by instantly returned my voicemail questioning the house number. Also informed me of personal belongings I left behind & agreed to mail them out to me. Great comfy, cozy, clean dwelling. Definetly will stay again!!!

This unit is perfect for a visit to University of Florida-- close enough to be a 5-10 minute drive to campud, but far enough away to be quiet and restful. The unit has everything you could possibly need, is clean and comfortable, and has some very cute accents (the alligator paper towel holder was a favorite with my Gator and her sibling). A few hiccups didn't cause any issues, and the host was easy to reach. Will definitely stay here again when in Gainesville.
