I’ve been visiting Waynesville regularly for 10 years and was so excited to see the location of this VRBO! In the heart of downtown, what a luxury for a couple traveling. The apartment was perfect in every way. Clean and very well put together. Everything you need and more without feeling cluttered and over-decorated. We found it easy to access the building and apartment. Parking on the street for loading and unloading (signs say up to 3 hour parking so no rush to go move the vehicle). Parking behind the building is easy and if parked near the bookstore, you can see your vehicle from the apt and walk through the well-lit alley back to street level.

This apartment was great! So cute and well maintained, everything seemed fresh and new. You can't beat the location if you are looking to stay downtown and walk everywhere. You do have to compete for public parking but wasn't too big of an issue.
