Come relax with us on the peaceful side of the Smokies. Our unit enjoys quiet secluded access to the Little River and the convenience of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park just 2 miles away.

Quiet 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit with beautiful views of the Little River. Both bedrooms have ensuite baths and the primary bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the river.

The condo was clean and very cozy! Having 2 balconies was wonderful. Got to have coffee over looking the Little River that flowed right behind the place. Very peaceful location. The host was easy to communicate with and very thorough with check in and out instructures.

This unit is in a great location in Townsend. It is right on the Little River so it was fun watching the tubers go by! The two porches were a great feature to enjoy the nature sounds of the area. The unit was clean and had adequate furnishings. The wifi didn't seem to be strong enough to use was my small issue. Overall, it is a great unit and is a great place for a family to make family time memories in Townsend!

We loved the peace, everything was clean and just what you see in the pictures. We enjoyed the balconies and had the patio door open with screen shut while we slept so we could hear the river. Best sleep we've had in a long time and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The thing my charger plugged into on the river side of the bed didn't work but the other one did so it wasn't a big deal. In the living room, the loveseat is more comfortable than the couch but it was a great place to stay. Thank you!

Our unit had a balcony that overlooked the Little River. Townsend is definitely the quiet entrance to GSMNP and our location was full of bird sounds and water over rocks. The unit was well stocked and very clean. Wendy was very helpful making sure we knew how to get a parking pass etc. Using One Key Cash points made it very reasonable.

We love to travel off the beaten path and often find ourselves staying at Vrbos when we travel. Growing up in East Tennessee, we are often spoiled by just how beautiful our hometown is and we are so happy to share it with you while you visit. When we aren't traveling you can find us remodeling flip houses, fishing the Little River, playing golf, or planning our next getaway.

Why they chose this property

This is a property that has been in Wendy's family for many years. She recently took over management and promptly remodeled the unit. Her family created some lasting memories playing in the Little River during the summer months and sharing it with friends and family over the years. Now we are happy to share this quiet family spot with you.

What makes this property unique

You will be surprised how quiet this property is during the day. We love to sit in the living room with the sliding door open so we can hear the river that is below. One of my favorite spots in the world is sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and just listening to the river. You have all the convenience of being close to town, while still having the quiet of being up in the mountains. Bring your bike and enjoy our bike trails, or if you don't want to bike, just enjoy the miles of walking trails that go through Townsend.
