Nous avons adoré nos 15 jours de vacances !Le propriétaire est très gentil et disponible dès que nécessaire. Il faut simplement prendre en compte que l’accès en voiture pour monter jusqu’au village peut être un peu délicat pour les conducteurs novices. Mais pour nous, c’était largement compensé par le plaisir d’être excentrés des grandes villes et de profiter d’un environnement calme et agréable.La maison est vraiment top, et même mieux que sur les photos ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons vraiment adoré.Un grand merci pour tout

Sitio precioso falta cuidar un poco más. El único inconveniente es que al tener frutales hay muchos bichos por el resto perfecto nosotros hemos estado una semana 8 personas y muy agusto. Marc el dueño un encanto y atento.

Séjour agréable mais attention à certains points

Maison très belle et agréable, au calme. Cependant quelques point à ne pas négliger ! La piscine n’a aucune barrière comme précisé dans l’annonce, les extérieurs sont vraiment à remettre au goût du jour niveau sécurité. Une école juste en face qui n’est pas précisé. La maison très propre et très fonctionnelle mais attention 1 SDB pour 8 c’est juste Www nous avons passé un super séjour, mais l’annonce est quelque peu mensongères sur certains points.

Für gut befunden

Wir hatten zwei schöne und abenteuerliche Wochen dort gehabt, dass Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, der Außenbereich und der Pool traumhaft. Der Weg zum Strand ist halt vom Weg her etwas anstrengend. Die Hausverwalterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, nur die Sauberkeit im Haus, vor allem in der Küche mussten wir erstmal grundreinigen . Aber dennoch alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und daher 4 von 5 Sterne.

Belle maison tout confort, on a profité pleinement de notre week-end comme si nous étions à la maison =) Echanges supers ! On garde l'adresse pour une prochaine virée dans le Sud !

Séjour juillet 2022

Nous sommes partis 10 jours à Berre les alpes, entre amis et un enfant bas âge, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Or la description de la maison n’est pas si conforme. Il y a 3 chambres pouvant accueillir 7 adultes soit, mais ça reste très petit, une seule salle de bain avec toilette. Toutefois nous avons davantage profité de l’extérieur et de la piscine. Il aurait été appréciable d’avoir un peu plus d’informations à notre arrivée. Un livret d’accueil avec les conduites à tenir serait appréciable (poubelles, clé de la dépendance, robot de la piscine, etc). On note toute de même un sacré vis-à-vis. Le village est très sympa, en hauteur, il faut passer par bons nombres de lacets avant de l’atteindre. A noter qu’il n’y a aucune supérette / boulangerie dans ce dernier. On y trouve un joli clocher, un petit restaurant, des voisins bien présents, et des jolis départs de randonnée. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Un barbecue est à l’extérieur, fort agréable pour les longues soirées d’été ! Nous avons apprécié nos vacances. Merci à vous.

un long WE à Berre les Alpes

Le gîte est très bien équipé au point de vue mobilier, cuisine, literie, mobilier de jardin, terrasse, barbecue. Excellent accueil sur place. Par contre la salle de bain est très petite et la douche exigüe. Un gros bémol la piscine n'est pas protégée: ni barrière ni alarme ni bâche anti-chute. Ceci est contraire au descriptif qui annonce "piscine clôturée". C'est d'ailleurs illégal (article L134-10 du code de la construction) et peut être sanctionné par une amende de 45 000 euros. Il est étonnant qu'Abritel ne vérifie pas la sécurité. Nous portons attention particulière à ce point car nous avions avec nous un enfant de 3 ans.

Superbe village

Cette maison est très agréable. Entièrement rénovée à l’intérieur avec tout le confort nécessaire Le calme est parfait pendant les vacances scolaires (école juste devant) et la vue depuis le village est splendide
