Escape to the quiet beauty of Chappaquiddick in this contemporary retreat set on three private acres. Designed for gathering and relaxing, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests while offering the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy.

The main house features four bedrooms, including two king en suite bedrooms, plus a separate queen sleeping loft (please note the loft is not a private bedroom). A detached bunkhouse offers two additional queen bedrooms with a shared full bath, making it ideal for extended family, older kids, or friends who appreciate a little extra privacy.

Inside, you'll find light-filled living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals together. Outside, expansive wraparound mahogany decks create seamless indoor-outdoor living, with plenty of space to dine, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Two outdoor showers make rinsing off after a day at the beach a favorite Vineyard tradition.

Set just minutes from the Chappy Ferry, Community Center, and Slip Away Farm, the property is an ideal home base for exploring Chappaquiddick's pristine beaches, scenic trails, and unspoiled natural beauty while remaining just a short ferry ride from the shops and restaurants of Edgartown.

Important: This home is located on Chappaquiddick, a separate island from Edgartown. Access is via the Chappy Ferry, a short ferry ride that operates continuously throughout the day. Perfect stay in Chappy

Loved staying at The Chappy House! Angela And Mario were quick to respond and very communicative / thorough on all things house related, and gave great tips on staying in the area. The house was lovely! Nice Scandinavian feeling, and the privacy is great for a big group. The kitchen was well stocked including great knives! Hope to return next year!

Perfect Winter Getaway on Chappy!

Our family had a wonderful trip and stay at The Chappy House on Chappy! The house was more than comfortable, well equipped with everything we needed, great location on Chappy with easy access to ferry and all of the beautiful beaches for our winter beach walks with the kids.
