Amazing location, minutes away from our favorite Vineyard Beach, very close to town and shopping. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, kitchen is very well equipped. The views are spectacular! Would book again
Very family friendly residence. You truly feel as though someone has opened their home to you. The setting is beautiful and peaceful and a short drive from anything you need. The bike paths are very accessible and morning walks around the pond are unforgettable.

Great house and great experience with room for improvement
We had a great time at this house and would recommend it to others but there is some room for improvement.
We loved:
-pond views and neighborhood
-spacious interior, plenty of seating
-responsive owner
-amenities (bikes, tennis court, beach chairs, cooking supplies)
Room for improvement:
-spiderwebs in every corner. We killed at least 2 spiders per day
-the king beds are actually 2 twin beds pushed together. The mattresses are not comfortable and having the space down the middle was uncomfortable too
-grill was broken- we couldnt get the temperature above 300
-amenities

Abby, thanks for your feedback. Earlier this year we replaced all the beds, including plush king sized mattresses in the for the two primary bedrooms. In addition, effective September 1, 2024, we have the exterminator coming every quarter. Lastly, I wish you had contacted me regarding the grill. We were out after your stay in August and I could have walked you through how to purge the gas line. It is accomplished by turning the gas off at the tank valve, setting the burners to full for a few minutes, moving the burners to off and then opening the tank valve, slowly turning them on and igniting the grill. Unfortunately, from time to time air gets in the line and impacts the grill performance.
This house was great as a home base for our fishing trip with 5 guys. Bill was efficient to work with through the booking process and the house lived up to expectations. The large yard was a highlight - w/ space for games, a large fire pit and a great view. It was also conveniently located for trips to Menemsha or Edgartown. We would book again.
Attentive owner and spacious and comfortable home in a central location offering easy access to kayaking, biking and tennis. Owner-supplied kayaks, bikes and racquets are a big plus, as are the tranquility and pastoral surroundings, away from the crowded town centers.
We had a very nice vacation staying at this property - it had plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids and is in a great location. Bill the property manager was very responsive to any questions we had.

Comfortable, inviting, beautiful home and location
We had another wonderful stay! The house is spacious, clean, cozy, has enough room for people to have quiet/alone time, and time in a large group. The living space is very warm and inviting, with a lots of windows with beautiful views of the pond and horses. We had nice walks around the pond, and on the beach and Menemsha Hills. Then we came home and warmed up in front of the beautiful fireplace. MV is beautiful off season, and this home is a great place to spend it!

Gorgeous setting
We had a wonderful time staying in this spacious, clean home. The setting was beautiful, overlooking a small pond with horses grazing in a large pasture beyond. The location was quiet and peaceful but didn’t seem too far from the other, larger towns.

Fabulous Vineyard Home!
This was the perfect Vineyard home for our family of seven! First, the well maintained 4 bedroom home comfortably accommodated our large family. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked, allowing us to prepare delicious home cooked meals with fresh ingredients from Morning Glory Farm and Edgartown Seafood. Second, the setting is absolutely breathtaking! Whether looking out the windows or sitting in the yard, we watched the horses grazing, and occasionally drinking from the pond. Sheer bliss! Third, the location is ideal. The house has two community tennis courts and is adjacent to the bike path, allowing us to get in a daily morning 10 mile bike ride around the airport. Being in West Tisbury, you are centrally located to take advantage of all parts of the island, be it the variety of beaches, hiking trails, or the different towns. Finally, the owners were very responsive to any question and provided regular updates about island activities. This is a great vacation home for any family!

Beautiful home and location!
We had a great Thanksgiving at this property. The home was attractive, inviting, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for preparing and serving a big meal. It is also well-equipped with everything else - games, bikes, boats! The location on the island is very convenient, and the view of the pond from the back of the house was spectacular. Great sunsets out that window. Horses in the adjacent field were a bonus. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with - very accommodating and helpful. I'm sure summers would be great too. It also has an outdoor shower! We plan to be back next year!

We have left the house for you just the way we use it.
