Had a great stat at Osprey Nest. House was perfect for our family and college reunion gatherings. Had plenty of room for 25 guests and there was a lot to do - loved taking the golf cart down to the beach and evenings by the fire pit. Brian was very responsive to our questions and would definitley stay here again

The osprey nest is a beautiful property. I especially liked the porch a d surrounding conservation grounds. Bedrooms were comfortable and abundant. Bathrooms a little less so. The beach was easily accessible and lovely but not as private as Ivwould like because it is shared with daycampers all by with their counselors and lifeguard and music. However it became quieter and nicer in the late afternoons

We stayed here for our October wedding, and the location is even more beautiful than the pictures. The host and house manager were very responsive to our questions/concerns. All of the bedding and bathrooms were very clean. We used Minkle Bros catering, Ashley Spears photography, and Prime Tent, all were great! Plenty of outside space for our 40-person event.

Amazing stay!

We had the best stay and wedding on the property! The owners and property manager were communicative and responded immediately over any concerns. Prior to the event, Brian answered all of my questions and was incredibly flexible with any requests. The house is on a beautiful private beach which was perfect for our ceremony and to host a large group!

The house is beautiful! The beach is calm and pleasant. The bay provides stunning views and access to everything you could ask for. We brought 4 families with kids from infant to college age and never lacked access to activities and entertainment - rain or shine, even if we never left the property. The owners/manager were incredibly quick to respond to every question or concern. Everything was outstanding!

We had a great weekend stay here. It's a gorgeous property and our short stay was not long enough to do all activities this property has to offer. Can't wait to come back. PS..the shower turns into a steam room! Awesome!

Wedding weekend

We had a great time celebrating our small wedding at Brian and Leah's house. The house and setting was beautiful and the owners were easy to work with. We especially enjoyed being able to have our dogs with us and have our own private beach area. We would love to stay again in the future!

Xmas Family Getaway

Beautiful spacious home! Host was very communicative and helpful. The beach and grounds were wonderful! Loved being able to use the golf cart for my older family members. The pool table, ping pong table and multiple tv rooms made it easy to vacation with a group aged 14 to 80. Thanks!

Perfect House for Multiple Families

We stayed here for a wonderful week. We had toddlers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins all under one roof, and the layout of the house was perfect for everyone to have space and hang out in the communal spaces at the same time. It was a quick walk to the beach, and the town js locely, but honestly enjoyed 90% of our time on the property. Can’t wait to return next year.
