My wife and I designed this villa and office as an active space for water lovers and active lifestyle types that want direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, the beautiful downtown of Dunedin, golf, and the Pinellas Trail bike path that is just 2 blocks from the villa and is a contiguous 75 mile loop around the county.
