Mary Jo, the host, was exceptional! Everything we needed was available and we had no problems at all with our home away from home!This particular property, just streets away from the historic center of town, was the very best location we could have had! We loved walking all the tree lined streets!

Great home for staying in Durango. Can bike or walk anywhere in town. Was very quite, comfortable, and well appointed. Really can't think of any negatives.

A Cozy Cottage

I booked this cottage for an extended stay in Durango, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The location was perfect—several restaurants, shops, and trail systems were all within walking distance. The cottage was incredibly well-equipped with everything you could need to prepare a meal, even for a Thanksgiving feast. Mary Jo, our fantastic host, provided excellent communication throughout my stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Durango.

Loved this cute little house, it was charming and perfect for us. Clean and conveniently walkable to everything. Great front and back yard for enjoying the wonderful weather. The air conditioners worked great when needed. Best well stocked rental ever!

Pace was a wonderful guest, we are so glad she choose our cottage. In case you are wondering why you don't see more reviews, my husband and I live in Phoenix and we have been very successful in renting our Durango cottage independently to friends in Phoenix who are looking for an escape to a mountain community. Since they don't book thru VRBO they don't have an opportunity to leave reviews. But if you are interested, I can put you in contact with these folks so they can tell you about the property. The fact that it rents so well sort of speaks for itself, but it's nice to hear endorsements from others. 👍 It's an adorable property with a great kitchen (well stocked) and a lovely large fenced yard. And historic Durango is everybody's favorite neighborhood.

Absolutely Perfect!

This downtown Durango cozy cottage could not have been more perfect for our family. Our two dogs (Setters) loved the large fenced yard where they made lots of friends with people and dogs as they passed by the corner lot. The kitchen had everything we needed over the 2 months we stayed there. The master bedroom was large with a comfortable queen bed, and plenty of closet space. The new washer and dryer was great and the large laundry room was wonderful for storage. Internet was amazing, and the rental also included a printer. The owners had many streaming options for great TV viewing. They were friendly and extremely prompt in communicating with us throughout our stay. We could not have been happier with our choice to stay in this Vrbo while we searched for our new home in the Durango area. We highly recommend this property!
