THE SPACE
St. Simons is known best for our casual laid-back lifestyle and the friendly people. Kick off your shoes, put on the flip flops and coast a while in our home away from home at Harbour Oaks, #214. Short term stays and longer terms available.
We offer you accommodations for up to 8-people. The layout is:
Primary - King Bed with 40" TV, En Suite Bathroom with single sink, shower and walk in closet
Guest bedroom at end of hall- King Bed with 40" TV
Guest bedroom in the front - 2 Twin Single with 40" TV
Pull out Queen Sofa bed in sunroom.
Open living room to kitchen, dining and sunroom. Living room has a 50" TV.
Fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig Single Serve coffee maker, toaster, Toaster oven, Pots and Pans. Sorry, no grill. The HOA will not allow it.
A washer and dryer have been provided for your use along with an iron and ironing board.
This is an upstairs all one level condo. There is one assigned parking space which is numbered. Overflow parking is easily found in this community.
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
