Bonjour Madame, Je reviens vers vous sur ce premier retour, nous sommes situés au cœur d'un Golf 18 trous entre Lac & Océan, recouvert d'une forêt de pins et de chênes, ce qui permet d'avoir un calme absolu dans un environnement exceptionnel, lieu qui n'est pas tellement approprié à l'installation de commerces de proximité vous en conviendrez. Concernant nos 2 chalets, il y a bien une mitoyenneté mais on ne peut pas évoquer le mot colocataire. En effet, la loi littorale protégeant ce site nous interdit de construire des chalets séparés, nous avons donc prévu une séparation avec l'intimité nécessaire et suffisante pour chacune des 2 familles. Seules les installations (Piscine chauffée, SPA, Sauna, Boulodrome et parking sécurisé) sont partagées. Pour encore plus d'intimité, les 2 chalets peuvent être privatisés et ainsi devenir le Chalet THIRTEEN pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 13 vacanciers. Nous venons juste d'ouvrir cet été et nous sommes bien entendu à votre écoute pour toute autre remarque pouvant nous aider à améliorer notre offre.
