We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely amazing—right in the heart of Alamosa, which made it easy to explore everything the town has to offer. The home itself was beautifully furnished and had a very warm, homie feel that made us instantly comfortable. Everything was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully set up for guests. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Alamosa!

Nice house in the heart of Alamosa

This is a nice place. It is an old house with comfortable furnishings and good beds. It is spacious and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. The location is excellent, just off Alamosa's main street, and a short drive to the national park.

Alamosa and Great Sand Dunes

We had a great stay at this home. It was perfect for our trip to Great Sand Dunes and we enjoyed the passes to the Sand Dune Recreation Center after sledding on the Sand Dunes. Property was updated, welcoming and clean. It was a great location to walking distance to restaurants ( Mexican Restaurant on the same street as entrance to garage was the best!) and Main Street.

Sand Dunes and Hot springs

This was a great place to stay for our larger group with close access to the sand dunes and hot springs. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pictures and descriptions were accurate. The free access to the hot springs was a big plus, especially for the kids in our group. It is walking distance to restaurants. Very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location!

The house was very cute and spacious. It is an older home so no air conditioning and the house was hot and not all windows opened. But that is what you get with old homes. The yard is super cute and nice to enjoy a cooler evening.

Fulfilling Grandma’s Bucket List

My family came to Alamosa to fulfill my 87 year old grandmother’s bucket list wish of the Great Sand Dunes. This house was perfect for our needs and made it easy for my grandmother to stay on the main floor as well as the kids. Having a big fenced in yard was a plus for letting the kids run around. We didn’t use the pool pass but loved having the opportunity. The drive to The Great Sand Dunes was easy and less then 30min away. The house was very clean and very cozy. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

Beautiful and comfortable

Family group in town on business. There are seating areas to accommodate several different conversation groups. Some of our members are elderly so I don't recommend upstairs for someone unstable walking, simply because they are quite steep. The yard is beautiful and comfortable. Sometimes a little noisy (noon and 5pm) with traffic, but inside the house you couldn't hear the traffic. I highly recommend this house and would stay again if given the opportunty.

We loved the property, it was perfect for our stay. The only downside was, only one shower, but other than that, we enjoyed it very much. Everything was well maintained and stocked well with all the necessities. It was very clean and the yard was lovely. We appreciated the tickets to the Sand Dunes hot springs and we used them on Saturday evening, so thanks so much. Would actually like to reserve again for next year, for the Friday and Saturday before Labor Day, which I believe will be August 30 and 31. Please let me know if it is available and how to reserve. Thanks again.

Cute Vintage home near downtown

In town for College Graduation. Neighbors were quiet and friendly, close to downtown we could walk there from house. Host responded promptly and offered to help with an issue. Snowed overnight and host showed up bright & early to shovel snow on all the sidewalks surrounding the house. Town had a power outage so couldn't use kitchen one morning because it's all electric and I had to grab my flashlight from truck to shower. Ring cameras offered security. House was warm & cozy, beds were comfortable, liked the furnishings, and using the vintage oven my husbands mom had while he was a kid was pretty cool. Overall great stay.

Charming home with Excellent location!

The photos don’t do the home justice. It’s super cute and well-appointed in an excellent location with plenty of parking. The mattresses are extremely comfortable and the sheets are so soft. The home is cozy and has a peaceful vibe. We will stay here again!

Plenty of room for the entire family

Our adult kids and their significant others stayed with us for a family wedding. It was wonderful to have enough room for everyone to be in the same place. Plenty of room for us to hang out together. Lots of great memories were created!
