Within a 7 minute drive to Alamosa, this manufactured home offers privacy and breath taking 360 Degree Views of the Great Sand Dunes, Sangre de Cristo and San Juan Mountain ranges which form the San Luis Valley. Many nights offer beautiful views of the Milky Way Galaxy with the naked eye.

Please note that this is a home in rural Colorado, which means it’s source of water is derived from a well. Those found in the San Luis Valley do contain some degree of sulphur which can emit an odor when water is run.
