Quiet Spacious Home. Centrally Located in Alamosa, Near The Rio Grande River

Permit #2149. Bedrooms with queen beds and dressers. Master bath has double sinks, shower and Jacuzzi tub; Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. Main bathroom tub/shower combination. Large laundry room. Living room has a wood fireplace and large picture windows, pool table and foosball inside area of living room and no cleaning fee. Patio has a table and chairs for 6 and a grill, we also have free Wi-Fi . Two car garage/shop for parking, putting snowboards or skis, bikes, etc. off the street parking in front of house.

A wonderful quaint home in the center of Alamosa, Colorado. Just blocks away from a grocery store in a quiet, low key neighborhood. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

Shell was so welcoming and accommodating. The house is well appointed from the kitchen to the bathrooms-you really only need your clothes! Super close to downtown and all of the great locally owned restaurants and the college. Having a covered garage to park in was a great bonus during the snow and below zero temperatures. The pool table provided plenty of hours of entertainment for me and my son. Would definitely recommend giving this quaint rental a stay when you’re in Alamosa.

This house was perfect for our family. We had come to visit our daughter at the university. The location was perfect. The house was well stocked and we were able to make meals for our family and some of our daughter’s friends. The back yard was perfect for our dogs. The beds were comfortable and the pool table was a big hit! The internet was reliable for my husband as he was working remotely. Michelle was easy to work with. Overall a great stay! We will be back!

Felt Like Home

This is a great place to stay if you’re in the area. It’s very spacious and clean. We visited the Sand Dunes, and this was the perfect place to unwind after a day outdoors. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband, Mark grew-up working in his family owned business, in Alamosa. Mark loves being outdoors. He has enjoyed all the mountains around the San Luis Valley. We got married in the late 80's. A few years later we started a family. We got into the rental business over 25 years ago.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property early in 2015. As soon as we saw it, we thought it would make a great vacation home because of the location. It is a family oriented neighborhood, house is a single story, quiet, spacious home. This home is on one of the prettiest streets in Alamosa. In the Spring, the crabapple trees are in bloom. The whole street looks pink. It's just a small walk to the Rio Grande River, where there is a trail to bike, walk or run. Two blocks from Safeway and Star Buck.
